IPOB will never condemn Arewa Youth. This is wat we have been telling the world. We are under threat in Nigeria. We face genocide in Nigeria. This is wat our struggle is about. The Northern Youth must do as dey say or forever remain cowards like Yorubas. We are not scared to die, sharing a country with muslim North is already death. With freedom we get life. 2 Likes |

Ndiofe: Very confused set! They keep shouting Biafra and the next thing, they dont want to leave Nigeria. All of them deserting Nigeria is enough to trigger a peaceful secession but they wont! Sure of one thing, An average Igbo man can not return to the village. Rather die in the west than to return to the land locked erosion ridden region! 6 Likes |

Very clear dinversion of attention of Nigerians from asking about the health status of Mr President, economic growth, unemployment, budget not assented and we are in June now, hmm and other vital issues. If not, Why is that former governor oji kalu visited him in London and no photo evidence, first lady just returned back no photo evidence, UK based Nigeria visited him, no photo evidence. That aside, Recently, Boko Haram stum back with full force again. Well, we are acting a movie and this season finale must end one day. Kontinue to divert our attention Theres God |

This is what he wanted all along and it has been given to him on a platter of gold...what are the Igbos still waiting for? Start paying your transport joor, no free bus o! 2 Likes |

The Ibos brought all these mess on themselves because they thought they have the monopoly of threatening for secession while enjoying the benefits of trading in other people land. Now that they are asked to leave and go back to their house, they are panicking. What do they really want? They know they can't survive alone, no wonder they want to forcefully harness the Niger Delta, Kogi and Benue state to join them. Always trying to rip from other peoples land. As far as the rest of Nigerians are concerned, Biafra is comprise of only the 5 Ibo states of the south east. Chikena.. 3 Likes |

meolaniyi: part of wat we are saying, u kill dia ppl in ile-ife and ask dem to face igbos, where have u read dat igbos killed north or any other region in the last 3 to four years. igbos are non violent, peaceful and hardworking ppl. the reason the so called youth gave the ultmatum was cos of the success the sit at home recorded in may 30, 2017 as clearly stated by dem. igbos do not have any issues with any group in dis nation, what igbos want is wat fully is theirs and dats equity, fairness and justice and this can only be obtained in restructured country where ppl can develop at their own pace with watevr resources they have. #coward 4 Likes |

tommybliss007: You are very stupid, when has the civil war turned to Hausa-Igbo war? Bastard, for your information, no ethnic group in this country can hold the Nigerian army in a war that lasted for a period of 3 years. If we had just the stupid hausas to face in the war,we could have completely wipe out all of them, same goes to the cowards in the west. 3 Likes |

An APPEAL FOR CALM In view of the recent events that have been afflicting our country, including this recent wrongheaded call by certain elements of the Arewa Youth to chase out all Igbo from the North, and the recent incindeary comments by the IPOB, and other organisations that are capable of causing serious crisis in our country. I, in my own small capacity, appeal for everyone to calm down and sheathe their swords. It seems that in Nigeria today, we have a lot of people who are angry and bitter about many things in the country. Be that as it may resorting to violence is not the way forward, neither is it a viable option at this time. We are a democracy. Democracy involves freedom of speech, and freedom of thought. And having lived during the rule of the various Military junta....I know how bad it can be to lose your freedom to think, to criticize, to even express simple views. Yet, with that freedom of speech, comes the duty of being restrained in our speech, so that the interests of the many are served in a satisfactory matter. Chasing Igbos out of the North, or calling one's country a zoo is not responsible speech. Saying that your tribe must leave Nigeria is not responsible speech. Calling other people tribalist or racist names is not responsible speech. Indeed it must be recalled that the September 1966 pogroms in the North were caused by the irresponsible speech on the part of a reckless journalist. This is an appeal for calm, and also an appeal for us to pray for the peace and prosperity of our Nigeria. Thanks. God bless....and God bless the Republic. 1 Like |
