I had issues with my infinix zero 3, specifically the touch screen as parts of the screen lost sensitivity. i replaced the screen at carlcare ikeja in April and now the screen is having the same problem. the phone did not drop, nor was there any physical damage.. my question is are there warrantys on replacement parts? and if yes how do i claim same as the form/document i was given at the point of repair was collected when i went to retrieve the phone

CarlcareOpebi, my brother and I own infinix x551 phones. His phone recently developed network issues. The phone recognised the sims inserted in it but the network bars didn't come up. Even when one of the network came on briefly, it won't receive or make calls. Any solution to this?

Mine is working okay, just the casing is cracked and screen a bit cracked too. How much would I need to replace the phone casing.
Also, can I replace my phone for a note 2? if yes, how much would I need to add?
