Don't they put salt in puff puff, the recipe I downloaded didn't include salt but I felt it needed salt after I tasted the first batch

Just relax and trust God.you can try d various sleeping position suggested on youtube or exercise.mine ws breexh at 36wks and at 39wks scan it ws back to being cephalic

Belly Bandit is expensive and i don't think they ship to Nigeria. There are cheaper brands that does just the same job. During my first, i used a normal cheap waist cincher and still got a very good result. The trick is to use it for at least 20hrs a day for 6 weeks postpartum.
