Not the South South alone. There is an urgent need for resource control generally in the country, regardless of what is obtainable in each region. Resource control would be the perfect love story ending and not some meaningless rants about the formation of an old Eastern region.

Should the call for a resource control plays out perfectly, trust the Delta to revive her ports, just as Rivers and others. Again, these are all political antics.
