I love chewing garden egg leaf like that. Maybe this is why I ignored all my prenatals and still had no pcv issues.

Recently I used it to cook yam/vegetable with ugba for MIL, she loved it, I hated it.

You can make abacha and just sprinkle the leaf on it.

You can make boiled yam and spice red oil then just put the leaf in it like roadside roasted yam sellers put utazi.

You can use it in place of ugu to cook okro.
I prefer options number 2 and 3 cuz then u don't cook the leaf at all, but if you want to cook, make sure to turn off the heat as soon as you put the leaf to avoid 'killing' it.

Oh and adding condensed milk to the juice couldn't hurt.

I have even been too afraid to ask on here. I be no wan hear Wetin go cut my liver but I am bracing it up today. I have been eating a lot of garden egg leaves and ugba too. Ugba builds blood as much as garden egg leaves.

Please just try all you can to take your prenatals, i was in your shoes, i hate drugs, the thought of it gives me Goose pimples. I virtually stopped. Took once in a while wen i feel guilty or wen i get scolded, i always pray God see me tru nd make my son healthy, He answered me; YES, But wen my baby came out the water(guess the fluid) was dirty according to them,I also heard the Chief asking the nurse to suck Lo well that he drank so much of the fluid. Babe I felt guilty, cos i remember being told prenatels cleanses baby in the womb. Pleare for the sake of that Treasure in you, Take your drugs

I did oh, I just did not have it in me to swallow 3 tablets everyday for 40 whole weeks, sometimes I tried to repent but I often fell off the wagon but I'm also a foodie, even before I knew garden egg leaf was a blood booster, I liked to chew it raw, I chew tomatoes too, cucumber and lots of other things most people find weird, I love fruits and vegetables normally so I ate them excessively while pregnant. I read how important folic acid was for early pregnancy so I took them from 5 weeks when I found out till around week 8 when ms became an impossible biatch. Tried to get serious with the blood tablets around delivery time, tried to avoid mosquitoes cuz I kept forgetting to take my Sunday Sunday medicine. Infact let's just say I gave it my best but medicine isn't just my thing, it makes me sick.

And of course it's really important to take your medicine, so try your absolute best

The authorities would most of the time advise d couple to try settling amicably first and/or involve (family) elders (dunno in d case of d.v tho); if after then d situation is still d same, they return to 'court'.
The process is somewhat long sha&I guess d couple must have lived apart for at least 2yrs before a dissolution can be granted but just like u've been advised, seek counsel from a lawyer so that u can pick stuffs u need from d house in d mean time.
pls sisters, this is a lesson to us all. when we av to leave a place for certain negative reasons, let's endeavour to go with our valuables, original credentials especially cos it may not be easy retreiving them when eye eventually clear/come down. no one prays to av issues in marriage bt shit happens &it may nt even be in marriage.I av seen many&they were all tough times for d affected, mostly women.

Half bread is always better than none!
When push comes to shove, a copy is better than nothing at all.

Are you still taking peppersoup with lots of Uda? Cos uda washes all the washables. Besides in some persons it can come out for like a month sef so I read. It's suppose to be reducing and not gushing out. Maybe, as you breastfeed, the uterus contracts.

I truly understand your point. Buh, the issue here is that you don't know the sleepless nights she's encountering, u don't know the regrets that keeps staring @ her face. Her ex hubby or partner knows she gat sisters here that would try to protect and watch out for her dts y he won't reply cos he felt the heat wen he previously did (cos I read every page even if it takes me days). I love this present group of mamas we gat right now cos we gat listening ears and tender hearts even after all the screaming n warnings. The mama that asked if Lochia is supposed to last for 6weeks, ngbo is it true? My bleeding stopped yesterday and its just 12days since i put to bed.

It is called 'Akwụkwọ Anyara' in Igbo Language. Ask them the leaf used in making Abacha(African Salad). It is very easy to get if you are in the east

Ms nooooo o. Luckily I don't even know what it feels like. I don't eat much (food is not my thing although I love cooking for others) and my former mumu doctor said I should take ferrous tablets once a day instead of 3 times according to the new one. The new dr said pcv level should have been checked first (among other tests during antenatal registration which the former hospital didn't do much of ) so as to know the right dosage for me.

I started feeling dizzy ,having constant headaches and feeling faint combined with the low blood pressurethe first test showed 26% after a week dr requested for a repeat and it came back as 23%. That was when it became an issue. But ur doctor knows best.
