I have an issue which I know the house will enlightened me more, preggy for 7weeks but scan is saying 5wks and 4days....am confused has anyone be in this situation bf?

Thanks for responding. It's Lagos to Abuja which is bout 1 hour so I'm hoping baby stays put. If twasnt important I'll just sit down and respect myself. Doubt the doctor would back date. He's said 36weeks is their final limit. Just wanto know if I package myself very well; if the airline would not start asking unnecessary questions?

I travelled from Abuja to Ibadan via arik air at 35weeks without a safe to fly note.

I made sure i didnt look that far gone. I put on a very free gown that concealed my bump well plus a big scarf wrapped around me, no pushing of tummy out or waddling style of walking.

Meanwhile there was another pregnant woman aboard whose tummy was quite obvious and looked like she could birth anytime soon, the flight was delayed just so she could go get her “safe to fly” note.

Bottom line is just look smart and conceal your tummy as much as you can provided you are not at any risk medically.

Since you said bump is portable, you’re good to go.

PS: Travelling later than 36weeks isn't advisable ooo abi u want to give birth to "abiona" lol.
Pls make ur trip earlier than 36weeks.

Sis, There is no airline that accepts past 36 weeks ...Most of them accepts up to 36weeks and you are required to provide fit to fly either from the hospital or from health port...Check their website and try and print their pregnancy rules from their website to avoid immigration embarrassment

@Goodfortun, If you plan on flying with Air Peace or Dana, they wont carry you without fit-to-fly regardless of the size of your bump. Dunno about Medview,Arik and co.

Flew arik air abv to los at just 25 weeks and they asked for fit to fly since I obviously looked pregnant(big bump) can't be concealed at All. I didn't have one but I succeeded in talking my way out of it by explaining to him that I didn't need one based on my gestational age and I was running late sef. He just let me go. But coming back those Lagos people didn't even look my way sef. I was very early and ready to talk it out. Immediately my flight was announced I just walked straight to the shuttle bus bone face. Nobody had my time.

Everyday new things keep comming up due to the high risk pregnancy, I've taken every drug many doctors have prescribed....almost every doctor in ikorodu knows me now and I'm afraid for my baby.....please i need to know what it wld look like having my baby at 35weeks so that I can just get a CS done this weekend

I had my first son at 36 weeks and he did not stay in an incubator. Babies are viable from 28 weeks. At 35 weeks he should be fine. If he has to stay in the incubator it maybe for a week or two.

I am experiencing a very severe MS. one week has gone without been able to keep any tangible food in my stomach cos of vomiting. crackers, ginger, salt, lemon, nothing, they don't just work for me. Is 7 weeks based on your lmp? Its not unusual because your lmp is not the actual day you conceived/ovulated. As per being in the situation, yes i have and everything is okay. Go back in like 2 weeks for a repeat scan, i'm sure they already told you this, things will be clearer by then, fetal pole them them will be there by God's grace. Goodluck sis.
