We've not had light in Awka for more than a week now, and before now it wasn't anything to write home about.

OP, stop being a sycophant, this administration promised uninterrupted power, but you want us to be grateful for this?
think again.

Even here at Abakiliki its same. I have been asking other people to know if Abakiliki was singled out for this not knowing its almost everywhere. We thank God for that.

So power supply is something to praise the government for? Anything short of 24 hours power supply is not worthy of praise. Please let no one tell me about the deeds of the past administration and how Buhari has to clean up the system. I do not see any actions today that will ensure that in the coming years we will have stable power supply.

In my part of Nigeria, Gwagwalada, light is usually 4 hrs, and only at night. If you are enjoying light in Kwara, thank God and enjoy it while it lasts. You are a microscopic few my friend.

My brother I even wonder the part of kwara he's talking about, there's is a terrible hike in Bill, the light we get is less than 5hrs daily

Young man, go and pay your bills so you can enjoy power supply like others grin

Why won't they give you light in that your village, PHCN knows you don't utilise it, you won dey power ram? grin grin grin
The bills we pay in Lagos for electricity in a month, you get it in 6months in Kwara.
Still no value for money, don't be deceived with the situation in your cubicle, electricity is trash & a National disgrace!!

[quote author=greatermax77 post=61356404]You people have come again ooo. Is it that u people do not learn or what?
U are enjoying some amount of power today is because we are in rainy season, the volume of water is high now. wait & see if u have this kind of light by january 2018.
Zombees said this in Semptember 2015 & 2016 & keep mute immediately dry season sets in

Bro,you stand to be corrected sir...Power generation in Nigeria is not solely based on hydro-power generation...There are only 4 power station that makes use of water in Nigeria, the other 23 stations use Natural gas.

Though kwara state makes use of hydro-power front kainji but th truth is that power has generally improved nation wide, which is directly related to a very effective gas supply from the South-south, there has been little or no pipeline vandalism in the last couple of months

Ladies and Gentlemen, the OP is a Muslim extremist and fanatic, hence his lies just to portray this government of propaganda in good light.

In my Niger Delta region here, we do not know if the public power grid still exist.

From the creeks to the cities, we provide ourselves with our energy needs with the aid of generator sets.

The OP is merely supporting a fellow Muslim blindly as obtains in the Islamic faith. If in doubt, please check his profile.

Please pay no heed to his religious sycophancy.
please shut up and stop lying, you can't sit in your creek and generalise for the whole Niger Delta, here in Benin, there has been improved power supply except of you don't pay your bills or there is a fault somewhere

If no one is giving Kudos to Buhari's Government for the obvious improvement in the supply of power, I am.

For the past 3months or there about, the rate at which we enjoy power supply here in Kwara is unbelievable. These days I dont iron until its time to go out, charge my phone until its 5% or below and its all because I am used to this development. Either you on the pay roll of APC or you are demented fool, that you have light does not mean I have Light too in my area,

Or am I the only one?

Lalasticlala, pls lets have people's view on this
Either you on the pay roll of APC or you are demented fool, that you have light does not mean I have Light too in my area, because you on your generator today ,you can not just come here to show us your curtain that looks like blankets they use to wrap dead body

Ignorance is a disease really. Its an ignorant opinion, that because the power supply situation has improved(apparently) in your neighborhood or state, that by extension the whole of Nigeria is experiencing same improvement. A toddlers logic!!! Now he is guvubg kudos to an administration. You will grow up and be wiser, I hope.

Hmmm, its not impossible.

I wasnt serious about the last mention..buh very serious about the improvement un power supply here. I am no kid..hav seen many administrations and can judge by them that this is far better.
Do not mind those people telling you that you are lying, I must to confess that since 1999 that I came to cross river state, this is the only time I enjoyed light the most and my family stays in Adamawa state which they equally testified the same thing therefore there's nothing that this administration will do that will satisfy them because they have made up their minds to hate the Man just the way the Senate have made up their minds not to confirm Ibrahim magu as the effc chairman. Before you start quoting me I am not a politician but when someone is doing well we should him the credit he deserves.

I have noticed that some states have had noticeable improvement in power supply. I have also noticed that some power lines are better than some others. Here in Onitsha, some people have good power supply while other are always in darkness. 33kv and some other lines like that usually have better power supply.

Buhari and Fashola have not even added a pinch of input in the power sector.

Remember, electricity is no rocket science!
