Actually being honest will earn you trust, but being honest and being open are two different thing. You can be honest without being open.
The bottomline is that both partners need to give each other chance (for understanding) at the early stage of the relationship.

Get to know yourselves without money involved.

Money causes a lot of friction.

You can ask about what's your profession? What's your career goals but not how much do earn weekly or. Monthly.

So for me 100percent personal details is not advisable @ all.
