So so sorry to hear this.. I wish i could comfort you, but i'm equally sad to read this.. really painful. But I want to assure you that God's got you and there's a reason for everything. God will give you double for your trouble.

Whether the enemy like it or not, you are team 2018 by the special grace of God. God will comfort you dear..

Haha you can't do anything to avoid it but u can ease it at least. I usually have crackers biscuit (those N30 one) even under my pillow and I take a bite occasionally. Did I mention that I so much hated crackers?
But then all those discomfort is actually a sign that your hormones are rising as should.
I am almost 8weeks and still feel good aside last week I had bad nausea for 2 days...i am on progesterone support which usually makes MS worse but then this baby is a miracle baby so e no wan gimme wahala at all.

My dear they said something about infection. I don't know how true that is but it's better safe than sorry. Milk can wait till at least 2weeks.
