that what was dreamt about is concerning and the cause needs getting dealt with or taken care of

What you're seeking is Transcendental meditation incorporating a silent mantra with a controlled breathing pattern. I recommend the 4-2-4 breathe intake to settle the mind and then mantra meditation of no more than say 20 minutes.

It was actually a one-off. I mentioned the occurrence mainly because of the date and the synchronicity of being served with the drink that I had later on during the same day I had the dream encounter.

Some of your questions I will not answer, let's just say, I believe we come into each other’s lives for a reason, more than anything else his death jolted me out of a certain complacency, and to borrow your own words I had to re-learn how to be more cognizant, alert, conscious and aware. I felt genuine shock not only on the fact that he had died but also that I had over-looked what were in fact clear signs that the guy was in trouble of sorts, best not to go into specifics but I later came to believe that our meeting was fated, I could not rid myself of the nagging thought that I ought to have done more.

It is good practice to recite a mantra whilst practising meditation. As a beginner start off with fairly short periods of meditation of say 15-20 minutes. Try not to be impatient and try to extend the periods over which you can keep your mind completely free over each successive meditative practice. You should also incorporate a breathing pattern and focus on it, it will help. Eventually you should experience moments of complete nothingness.

For some weeks now, Sarassin has expanded much on the angelic ministry and how to petition them. I believe many people did not really try it out, some out of fear. It is true that angelic scripts are somehow scary and complicated to use. Others did not because it was not perhaps exciting enough. After seeing two spiders weaving a web in my bathroom, a spider take up residence a few days later and then being invited to a dinner where a variety of shellfish was on offer I confirmed my petition would be granted.
