CONSULTATION SERVICES ON GYN/OBS

I wish to make it known publicly that I run consultation services on female health and pregnancy on mobile basis.
This is will allow me to have a special private discussion with all respective subjects as necessary.
Being suggested as putting all things make and put together, it is not going to run free. This will requires one to pay a certain amount for the time accrued or used. It is cheap and does not require one to pay as high as any physical services.

HOW TO START:

At first I thought it was good rendering out this service on phone call,it came so late that conversation through any of these messengers was alright. And using the whatapps messenger has proved it worth. Please in order to start,I would prefer;
i) You call to introduce yourself.
ii) You may also state clearly what service you really require from me
iii) if you don't feel like calling, you may also send it through by normal text messages
iv)Don't make any payment until you have discus this with me
v) Make transfer of service charges and confirm on my end if I have been credited.
vi) You may start conversing with me on whatapps or if you don't mind tell me when you want the consultation.

TIME AND DAYS FOR CONSULTATION:
Monday - Friday: 5p.m - 12a.m
Saturday - Sunday : 1p.m - 4p.m(noon)
8p.m - 1 a.m (evening)

CONSULTATION CHARGES:

The following are marked charges with respect time spent discussing on the phone;
At most 45min-1hr========1000-naira(#1000)
1hr-2hr========2000-naira(#2000)
2hr-3hr========3000-naira(#3000)
The rule is simple, for every hour spent a thousand naira is charge. It is cheap and affordable.

PAYMENT:
Service is render before payment as to avoid any case of incongruent complexities. Regarding this, I will duly indulge everyone to be churchly minded that operating under falsity and scamming is highly disapproving. Let's do things right.

PAYMENT METHOD:
Mobile transfer of service charges is richly advisable.

CONSULTATION PHONE NUMBER: 08176371308 and 09075560712

CONSULTATION ACCOUNT NUMBER:

Gabriel Ogedegbe

...respect to this I sincerely seek your resolve to give inputs to make this simpler and reachable to everyone giving an intention that I might not have hinted on something or overlooked at it.
In addition to the former,I want everyone us to:
1) draw the attention of every person here in case a fraud is sensed.
2) copy the vital part of this post as it may not always be pasted.
3) tell other women of this service as a helping hand to others.

Happy Newyear

Pls, Dr In the house, I had miscarriage last year November at twenty weeks, the actual cause was unknown and up till now I have not see my period..
Before I conceived, my menstrual cycle has not been regular at a time for 6months I will not menstruate. The miscarriage has made me to be devastated.. today when I press my breast I notice water was coming out... pls I need your help on wat to do,the medication to take so as to conceive easily.

We are sorry for the loss of your pregnancy. We graciously pray that another to term will come and your happiness shall come to full.

Fluid letdown on expressing the breast after a pregnancy loss is normal for a short period of time. This fluid letdown from the nipple or around the areola could result from high good level of prolactin in the blood. It is expected that after sometimes this hormone will stop upsurging and the fluid from the nipple will stop.

You also didn't tell us if this development has been recent or probably one you have been tolerating for long. And if we should go by your history, it may seem this problem is hovering with your subfertility.
Most times this upsurge can go uncontrollably and thus leads to nipple exit of fluids. This could lead to not having one to experience her menstrual cycle has been irregular.

Now,we shall advice on your having to do a hormone profile of your reproductive hormones and your thyroid hormones too. If done it is expected you show the house so we can know how to help you, or see me in private.

There are helpful medications to assist on getting pregnant but it is not medically wise to give such medications without seeing a physical doctor.

I am 6wks+ preggo. For the past 4 days I have been having brownish discharge without cramps nor pains . My breast is no longer full & sore. What could that imply?

Good morning Ma'am.

6weeks plus in your early semester and you have started having brownish or pinkish vagina exudation?

What could actually be the causes?

1. Endocervical inflammation: There are likelihood that the inside part of your cervix that actually connect the womb to the its exterior and then to the vagina has been somehow irritated or just reacting to something. This irritation may just be from

a. coital activities
b.infection(mainly septic)
c. cervical check up from the last examination your doctor might done before on you.

2.Implantation bleeding: brownish to pinkish vaginal discharge during early pregnancy may also be assumed to occur when the blastocyst is about to or has implanted in the back wall of the womb. If this happens to be true then you have to know it is normal and will subside with time.

3.Other factors responsible for early pregnancy brownish discharge may also be:

a.ectopic pregnancy
b.Miscarriage
c. mucus plug loss at this early stage of gestation-miscarriage.

A discharge comes brown when it is mixed with an oxidised blood, this means the blood has been somehow aged before mixed up. Another sense to it could be that the bleeding might have stayed days before the obvious. Not yet done, it can also be assume of that bleeding could be somewhere be happening without a cause or some causes attached to it.

We candidly advice you seek a doctor's help immediately to get to know the health of your growing fetus. Please do share with us your the outcome so we can learn from this experience where necessary.

Chiefboomite204, NL private mailing no longer necessary. I have mine consultation number on board, flap through it and follow suite as applied.

Once more I want to remain grateful to all the women whom have so far use the mobile consultation background service as provided on mine initiative. I want to thank you all for your patience and understanding and I want to make it clear hear that I will not on this ground give excuses that because I am rendering a mobile consultation service on GYN/OBS( charges applied) and will put myself away from giving candid advice on this platform. I will not stop at it,I will try my best to come in when necessary.

Regarding the hour,I found out most of you prefer one hour. Well if that is what you can buy no problem but let to me I will prefer at least 2 hours to allow me to hear from you on a full stretch and also get friendly befor we begin to slice out the differences...

I love you all. Good morning!

Good morning doc,

Good evening, ma'am.

The implication simply is,eventhough copulation is done there is no chance of a sperm cell fertilising an ovum since none was stigmatized from a follicle. In other words, she is not going to conceive within days in this period.

It is not expected for an adult female to ovulate an ovum all cycles especially in the early adolescent or age getting to her climacteric. This is normal provided all things being equal.
One could as well suffer a miss in the use of some medications too.
While one may not be advice to show extreme concern if an ovulation is missed twice for the condition that this relapse may be followed by normality,it should be a matter of serious consideration if it is missed for several cycles that
follows.

Causes of having a missed ovulation could be

1) Poor triggering from the hypothalamus to the part of the pituitary gland responsible in the making of substances meant to stimulate the ovary

2) Poor stimulation or no stimulation of the gonadal stimulating hormones on the ovaries.

3) the ovaries not giving room to be well stimulated(ovarian insufficiency)

4) high level of the prolactin hormone

5) polycystic ovarian disease

6) pelvic inflammatory disease

7) Fibroids, ovarian cyst, endometriosis, uterine fibrosis and many have you.

Seek the help of a medical doctor if within the watch of 4-5cycles and an ovulary cycle hasn't yet started. There may be need to have you properly examined and solutions probably given.

Dearie,good morning.

Gynaecology and Obstetrics is just one part among many in medicine. This is a specialised area of medicine and clinical sciences. For any to study this part of medicine and surgery, he or she should possess an MBBS degree after a six years of start.
Then one will have a full disposal to specialise in this humble path as he or she wishes.

Don't just give up as in,you may still have to write more utme examinations to first gain admission into any of these institution to study medicine and surgery. Getting it might be a whole lot of drudgery but that's just part of the fight to get one to study medicine and surgery.

I wish you all the best

Same to you Sir. I wrote to you sometime ago on page 244 where you advised me to go to a laboratory for a test of which I did and presented to my company doctor for interpretation of which I was said to have a high growth of candidiasis and moderate growth of staphylococcus. The doctor advised me to get Difulcan which I started taking last night as well as a vaginal insert tablets. She also advised Rocephine Injection after the completely treating the candidiasis infection. She also suggested Primerose evening oil capsule in case of any hormonal imbalance (is it necessary as I'm unmarried & does it have side effects). I'm trying not to be worried about my health in terms of fertility but I'm human & concerned as my mum gets so worried for me.
Please advise me especially on the Staphylococci bacteria. I'm tired already. Thanks in advance.

Esthered:
Good evening Doc & Happy Sunday. Please I was diagnosed of PID 7 months ago after an ultrasound as a speculum could not be inserted since I am a virgin . A month after treating the infection, I went for a Pelvic scan and urine MCS where I was told I was healthy. I currently have brown spotting (dirt like particles) on the tissue when I clean myself after urinating of which I neither have burning sensation nor itch. I want to know the reason for reoccurring infections as it isn't the first time I'm treating vaginal infection and the way forward as I get worried of my fertility status after the PID diagnosis. Thanks. I'm in my mid twenties.

Welcome Ma'am.
You may still have to visit a medical laboratory centre to confirm the brownish discharge and tissue fleeces as signs linking to P.I.D.
Notwithstanding, on another look at this brownish discharge and dirt particles,it could have resulted from normal breakdown of the uterine lining and thinning of the blood supplying vessels. This is very much normal and with subside soon enough. You may be advised to let go of any medication that is causing the blood to thin as to avoid occasion such as this.

Most cases of complaints of recurring vaginal infection is usually linked to Candida albican infectious activities. Having this disturbance simply never meant you have STI but symptoms consisting with what it is. Any activity that could affect the vaginal ecosystem injuriously can cause into action the infectious activity of C. albican.
If you are not sexually active and you have this spurt coming over, you may :

1) Make use of cotton-made pants and let go of other brands. These pants should be fashioned to allow fresh air in-between thighs. You are candidly advised to avoid wearing pants to bed for the night.

2) Rinse the vaginal with water only as using soap may introduce chemicals that affect the vaginal fluid pH.

3) Avoid incessant shaving of the vulvar region.

4) Avoid the use of antibiotics when not necessary.

5) You may also avoid coming too close to sources that can affect the body proper immunity, such as exposing oneself to xray or tissue transplant.

6)Exercise daily as being obese could be a factor of vaginal infection recurrence in virgins.

Hello doctor in the house, I had sex a day before my menstrual period and 2 weeks after, no period. I tested negative on pregnancy test, I'm having a lot of vaginal discharge and little cramps. Apart from that, nothing else.
I don't know if I'm ovulating or I'm pregnant.

Help please

Good evening ma'am.

Ma'am having copious vaginal exudation followed with cramps are not primary symptoms to being pregnant but often in custom associate with the mains. Since it is 2weeks from when the act was done a serum test should be able to show sensitivity and confirm pregnancy. Other characteristics such as less tacky, less soapy to feel, sticky to touch and transparent in appearance should be observe to tell if you ovulating or not.

Good evening ma'am.

The medications are alright. I go with it but I must tell you that staphylococcus aureus is a normal body flora and you wouldn't mind having them in mild growth provided they aren't infectious against the body normal activities. This I mean simply that you should erase from your mind the fear of staphylococcus species whenever a culture is done and it is just moderate in growth especially when the major complaint does not really concern skin, lungs, mouth, eye and the blood.
