I still think Sowore needs to do more than talk about his "youth" and how "detribalized" he is, and start laying out for the public what exactly his political philosophy is, what he intends to do with power, and how he intends to pay for it all: the failure to ask any such questions of Buhari is precisely how a man so unqualified to rule got into office. However, despite all my criticisms of what Sowore has failed to do so far, Adebayo Shittu's overbearing, arrogantly paternalistic manner in this video would be enough to lose the presidential election for the APC if the vote were to be held on the basis of this video.

Shittu's blend of arrogance and ignorance, wherein he expects automatic deference from Sowore merely because of age (even if he has few concrete achievements to show for his advanced years), represents everything I detest about Nigerian politics. To listen to this old fool, one would think the likes of Obama, Macron and Trudeau were aberrations of nature or something. Shittu seems to think it's up to him and his fellow APC wire-pullers in Abuja who gets to sit in Aso Rock in 2019, rather than it being up to the Nigerian masses to democratically decide.

The dialogue held at Fresh FM radio station can be described as unsavory with allegation and counter allegation which drifted from the point of discourse , Nigerian minister for communication Abdur-Raheem Adebayo Shittu was on air in a fierce fiasco of word, in raging tone and a seeming mockery of the ambition of Omoyele Sowore in what seemed to be a sneer and boastfully calling him inconsequential and a dreamer

The engagement at the Fresh FM Radio station which had Sowore affirming his intention with a welcome note to the minister who rudely interrupted with a manner confirming the Minister's detestation for the guts and courage of Omoyele Sowore




"Thank you for bringing me and Minister it is great to see you, this is the minister of an outgoing regime of the Buhari administration, the Buhari regime will be kicked out of power"



The Minister interrupting said :By your "winch" or God's wish?

Sowore in turn replied "By The wish of the People of Nigeria" and as if to say the electorate are not capable to determine who becomes who in Nigeria, The Minister said "Who are those people ... continuing with a manner unbecoming of the position which he represented through obstructing, interruption which made the conversation unsavory

Sowore in turn maintained his unconquerable candor with a promise to send the minister and his APC party out of Power ,

I didn't know Sowore is 47years old, he still look young. Sowore actually tried but I think he's better at writing. He raised points but the minister was just talking about him(Sowore) being inconsequential and money; Mr. Shittu believes money will jeopardize Sowore's ambition, he even told him in Yoruba to save his money for his wife and family. Sowore has a lot of work to do if he really want to unseat these old men who believes in money.
