Happy Sunday mamas.
3. What's the procedure like? Is it painful?
Please help a sister in desperate need. Thanks

Hi sis,
1) budget about 25k and above for each session if you decide to do more than one sessions consecutively ( most HMO won’t cover it)
2) yes it has worked for some people but not all. The only way you can know is to do a repeat hsg or get a bfp because it is a blind procedure. Even the doc doing it wouldn’t know if it worked or not.
3) The procedure is somewhat similar to hsg but it’s painful and some docs wouldn’t allow you take pain killers before the procedure because your pain reaction lets them know the areas to concentrate on and kinda guides them in order for it to be effective. It’s basically passing antibiotics through a catheter to ‘flush’ out the debris/blockage. Your legs might be strapped to the hospital bed too.

In summary, the procedure is not a bad idea because a good number of women have benefitted from it but in modern technology, it’s somewhat primitive because it’s a blind procedure and there’s no way to tell if it worked or not immediately without a repeat hsg or bfp.

My dear don’t be scared, look at you that will face labour just now lol. There are def other procedures that can be done but it depends on your doc’s specialization and what they’re willing to do. Another thing, it depends on the location of the blockage.

Ok. Pls, does it come with only 150mg single dose tablet in a pack or d pack contains more than a dose? Can my dh take it too? Sorry 4 my questions dear.

Yes, it usually comes in a single dose pack. The pack with multiple doses,is the one of 200mg and is reserved for severe fungal infections. I really don't think ur dh needs it though cos it's not regarded as a STI. Like I said earlier the antibiotic therapy which disturbed the normal vaginal flora is the culprit. No need to apologise I understand how distressing it can be

Lolzzz,probiotics is a supplementoo not yoghurt..d yoghurt 2 look 4 is FARMFRESH YOGHURT.they come in small galoons,fluconazole is 300 naira,or buy flagyl is cheaper n effective. meanwhile y did u stop kpekus 4 3 weeks..pls stop starving my friendoo.cheers

Please ma'am, just want to clarify something...I doubt flagyl will work for her cos from the description of her symptoms and the previous use of antibiotics, it's most likely candidiasis. Flagyl works for another type of vaginal infection that also causes itchiness, called Bacterial Vaginosis but BV is usually not associated with that kind of "curd-like" discharge she described

Baby dust to us.

SErrapeptase+ castor oil massage helps in removing tubal blockage also, even if it doesnt remove it totally, it softens it..making it easier for the flushing to pusih it out.
i would recommend u start asap, doctors best serrapeptase 120.000 iu start with 1 tab daily for 3 days, then increase to 2 or 3 tabs daily after 3 or 4 days.. research more on serrapeptase and dosage

Izaray ,I sincerely don't know though some herbal practitioners send across states. I suggest if you have a friend or relative that will be commuting from Lagos to Abuja, you can arrange for such a person to carry it. For me, herbs is too sensitive to transport without extra care. You can also call and enquire from the woman herself. She is honest and easy-going.

Favouredestiny got her bfp then through her treatment too.

Munarule ,Pls help briefly post Mummy twins number for those who may be interested. I lost the number when I changed phones. I also need it again sef.
She told me to come back after I remove the cysts that did not allow her see road for womb setting or treatment.
She didn't have herbs for cysts and she truthfully said so. The one for fibroid was 30k. A greedy person may have collected my 30k and given me the herbs for fibroid. This woman said she isn't sure it works for cysts too o. Her advice was to go and remove it with appropriate herbs or Surgery. Thank God, they are gone now.

Yea,antibiotics treatment will make candida dorminant in d gut flora causing those discharge n itching,it might not be harmful but just discomfort dat will go in time. flagyl is branded metronidazole.metronidazole and flucodazole are d same(antifungal).

Follicle stimulating hormone is one of the hormones essential to pubertal development and the function of women’s ovaries and men’s testes . In women, this hormone stimulates the growth of ovarian follicles in the ovary before the release of an egg from one follicle at ovulation. It also increases oestradiol production. In men, follicle stimulating hormone acts on the Sertoli cells of the testes to stimulate sperm production (spermatogenesis).

Over secretion of FSH results in d enlargement of the ovaries(PCOS) and a potentially dangerous accumulation of fluid in the abdomen (triggered by the rise in ovarian steroid output), which leads to pain in the pelvic area.

Hope this helps,#hugs
