You are so smart, how come you didn't notice that everyone who signed the recall has the same handwriting, and the names are in alphabetical order? I believe he alluded that he has her PVC and the unique number VIN is same. Therefore her name should not be on the list. However if that is the list of registered votes in that constituency if she has not been reported as deceased then her name would appear please correct me if I'm wrong. It would only be considered fraudulent if someone shows up to sign pretending to be her

Didn't you see where he said he's still with her Voter's ID Card?,.you can clearly see the beginning of the VIN no after the names..
