Jesus is the ONLY person who has the right to say i belong to no sides but He still maintain where He's standing "Worship of the Jews" John 4:22. So my friend anybody who can't come out publicly to declare which side he/she belongs is just like those 450 prophets of Baal who were against Elijah's ideology "there can't be numerous forms of worship for ONE single GOD!" Satan is the one behind not coming out to declare where you belong because if you do then people can easily look at your form of worship and point to seeming faults whereas if you're truly worshipping the God that sent Jesus you shouldn't be hiding "spiritually speaking". Matthew 5:14-16 compare to John 3:19-21 There's nothing like "balance approach" when discussing how to distinguish between right and wrong in worship! We're all know what most of the so called Gospel and Pentecostal churches do say about the white garment churches, please there is no place to hide on this matter!
Picture this scenario in John 4:21, and don't just jump to verse 22 Jesus a publisher in the Jws organisation witnessing to the samaritan(the worldly)and Jesus spoke what is written in that verse 21. Who will Jesus be to you.... A false JW or perhaps an apostate. Add this to the scenario Matthew 24:1,2 Does Jesus look like someone ready to continue in the religion of the Jews? Jesus stick to Judaism because the covenant establishing it had not come to an end. When it ended do you not see the way christ disciples opposed it? Did Jesus ask his disciples to set up another organisation similar to Judaism after his death?

John 3:19-21 can the Jws organization as it is today beat their chest and say they do not practice vile things? Can they say authoritatively that they are in the light with "the light getting brighter and brighter concept they believe in when they change their policies and doctrines"?

When these things are said by Jesus christ he was not addressing them as an organisation he was more concerned on the indidviduals .......Nicodemus the seeker in question here. John 3:19-21

As for me who do I belong to........
So then, no more boasting about human leaders(who are leading God's people today. Do you still remember that watchtower study article its just over a year and three month old)! All things are yours, whether Paul or Apollos or Cephas or the world or life or death or the present or the future—all are yours, and you are of Christ, and Christ is of God.

let no one boast in men; for all things belong to you, 22 whether Paul or A·polʹlos or Ceʹphas or the world or life or death or things now here or things to come, all things belong to you; 23 in turn you belong to Christ; Christ, in turn, belongs to God.

Balanced approach is needed bro Please read along 1 Corinthians 10: 25-33 Was Paul deciding the Good and Bad here? Don't forget everyone has the conscience. You cannot legislate on another persons conscience.

A scholar might decide to use all the sides of the different churches and anyone that disagrees with the conservative narratives of church history, events, and theology is usually attacked, derided and ridiculed. "Your comments are well noted and clearly understood" But one thing you're not clarifying is (why God's servants in the past are always adhering to the "organizational concept"?) You said you believe in Jesus but Jesus Himself still confirmed the authenticity of organizational setting as having divine approval before establishing a brand new one (Christianity)! At John 4:22 Jesus clearly told the Samaritan woman "you worship what you don't know but we worship what we know because Salvation originates with the Jews" of course Jesus never said that both the worship practiced in (Mount Zion) Jerusalem and that in (Mount Gerisim)Samaria is OK. Undoubtedly Satan who complicated the worship making Israelites to have different opinions based on one single worship (Mosaic law covenant) can still cause the same to happen to Christianity, that's why Jesus instructed Christians (those ready to do what He said not just those who love to be called "Christians" since that group name has been generally accepted) that many will come in His name "false leaders" and mislead many "deceived congregants". He also said by these all(other religious groups including those falsely claiming Christians) will know that you're my disciples if you have love amongst yourselves.John 13:35 So it's clear my friend that Jesus came to establish another UNIQUE group and Satan is battle prepared to complicate issues by creating his own groups misrepresenting Jesus' own( Matthew 13:24-30)but only those who are conscious of their spiritual needs can IDENTIFY that one and only group by studying the Bible, meditating on what they read, praying for guidance and paying rapt attention to the signs Jesus mentioned to help in identifying true Christianity! 2Corinthians 2:11
Was Jesus addressing an organization in John 13:35? Do you love only by not carrying weapons to kill. Can you kill with words of mouth. If a Christian can kill his fellow man with words of mouth is that one a Christian? The love under consideration here is not something present in one group or organization alone. You cannot even lay such claims on behalf of the JWs organization.

Matthew 5:14-16 According to God’s Son we (individually) serve as a light for people by our deeds, deeds that induce praise of our Father. Those deeds must be, not the product of external pressures or the result of programming, but deeds that are the product of our own minds and hearts and that show that we have been enlightened by the good news, that it fills our lives, gives evidence of having changed our lives. Mere talking during certain periods in a programmed “preaching work,” using prescribed subjects and expressions set out for us in religious publications, cannot begin to fulfill this commission. As Jesus’ disciple John expressed it, “love must not be a matter of words or talk; it must be genuine, and show itself in action.” Only through reflecting the enlightening effect of the good news by what we are and do throughout our lives, every day and all day long, can we be as a light to the world.

Finally, in the matter of association itself we must acknowledge that, while the simplicity of the Scriptural principles is remarkable, the ensuing historical picture has been complicated. The Scriptures foretold the adulteration of the purity of the Christian community. They do not, however, set out a precise formula telling us how we today can identify some particular affiliation as THE one true religious fellowship with which to align ourselves. To the contrary, Christ Jesus assured us that the separation of the intermixture of genuine and false Christians in the world-field of wheat and weeds (or tares), and the placing of them into clearly defined categories, is something beyond human ability. Matthew 13:38,39( the need for Jesus using angels to do the reaping). You can be sure that that intermixture prevails in all denominations (that of Jehovah’s Witnesses being no exception) and, in all probability, with the weeds often outnumbering the wheat. The separation and clear identification of them will become manifest only at God’s day of judgment.

Meanwhile News from the governing body at https://www.gotquestions.org/canon-Bible.html

Question: "How and when was the canon of the Bible put together?"

Answer: The term “canon” is used to describe the books that are divinely inspired and therefore belong in the Bible. The difficulty in determining the biblical canon is that the Bible does not give us a list of the books that belong in the Bible. Determining the canon was a process conducted first by Jewish rabbis and scholars and later by early Christians. Ultimately, it was God who decided what books belonged in the biblical canon. A book of Scripture belonged in the canon from the moment God inspired its writing. It was simply a matter of God’s convincing His human followers which books should be included in the Bible.

Compared to the New Testament, there was much less controversy over the canon of the Old Testament. Hebrew believers recognized God’s messengers and accepted their writings as inspired of God. While there was undeniably some debate in regards to the Old Testament canon, by A.D. 250 there was nearly universal agreement on the canon of Hebrew Scripture. The only issue that remained was the Apocrypha, with some debate and discussion continuing today. The vast majority of Hebrew scholars considered the Apocrypha to be good historical and religious documents, but not on the same level as the Hebrew Scriptures.

For the New Testament, the process of the recognition and collection began in the first centuries of the Christian church. Very early on, some of the New Testament books were being recognized. Paul considered Luke’s writings to be as authoritative as the Old Testament (1 Timothy 5:18; see also Deuteronomy 25:4 and Luke 10:7). Peter recognized Paul’s writings as Scripture (2 Peter 3:15-16). Some of the books of the New Testament were being circulated among the churches (Colossians 4:16; 1 Thessalonians 5:27). Clement of Rome mentioned at least eight New Testament books (A.D. 95). Ignatius of Antioch acknowledged about seven books (A.D. 115). Polycarp, a disciple of John the apostle, acknowledged 15 books (A.D. 108). Later, Irenaeus mentioned 21 books (A.D. 185). Hippolytus recognized 22 books (A.D. 170-235). The New Testament books receiving the most controversy were Hebrews, James, 2 Peter, 2 John, and 3 John.

The first “canon” was the Muratorian Canon, which was compiled in AD 170. The Muratorian Canon included all of the New Testament books except Hebrews, James, and 3 John. In AD 363, the Council of Laodicea stated that only the Old Testament (along with one book of the Apocrypha) and 26 books of the New Testament (everything but Revelation) were canonical and to be read in the churches. The Council of Hippo (AD 393) and the Council of Carthage (AD 397) also affirmed the same 27 books as authoritative.

The councils followed something similar to the following principles to determine whether a New Testament book was truly inspired by the Holy Spirit:
1) Was the author an apostle or have a close connection with an apostle?
2) Is the book being accepted by the body of Christ at large?
3) Did the book contain consistency of doctrine and orthodox teaching?
4) Did the book bear evidence of high moral and spiritual values that would reflect a work of the Holy Spirit?

Again, it is crucial to remember that the church did not determine the canon. No early church council decided on the canon.
It was God, and God alone, who determined which books belonged in the Bible. It was simply a matter of God’s imparting to His followers what He had already decided. The human process of collecting the books of the Bible was flawed, but God, in His sovereignty, and despite our ignorance and stubbornness, brought the early church to the recognition of the books He had inspired.

Born again is a phrase used by many Protestants to describe the phenomenon of gaining faith in Jesus Christ. It is an experience when everything they have been taught as Christians becomes real, and they develop a direct and personal relationship with God.

You couldn't have been dirtier and more ridiculously low especially in your exchanges with kolawole. What a shame!
You threw away the J in Jesu and was transformed into a barefaced demon. Where are your manners?, your attitude of polite restraint?.
Needless to say, beyond the pheripheral, there lies within a tendency of a monster waiting to be unleashed at a given switch.

Changing of course yet the evidence is there that those they gathered are exemplary citizens of a spiritual peaceful nation which they were able to liberate from virtually all sort of people including nations that are well known for terror and vicious lifestyles. So you can call them whatever you feel as long as they're able to organize these people and making them orderly! Let's see the evidence of your Holy Spirit the way these "8 imbeciles" and those that compiled the Bible in 400ad were able to do something that's noteworthy! grin grin grin

because enoch walked with God-pleased God, God took enoch-translated enoch so that he would not die

false jw jozzy would say:

because enoch walked with God-pleased god, God took enoch-translated enoch so that he would die

duh jozzy, simple IQ test would leave you out of knowing it
and what has an IQ test to do with where God translated enoch to
it's just a matter of searching the scriptures and seeing if it's there,
nothing to do with IQ, oh one lacking in IQ

This piece above must have been secretly written by the JWs grin grin grin grin grin grin grin

hence,

The Muratorian Fragment thus confirms that most of the books now found in the Christian Greek Scriptures were already considered canonical in the second century C.E. Of course, the canonicity of the Bible books—that is, their right to be included in the divine library—does not depend on their being mentioned in a certain ancient list. What gives evidence that the Bible’s books are the product of holy spirit is their content. They all support the authorship of Jehovah God and are in complete harmony. The harmony and balance of the 66 canonical books of the Bible testify to their unity and completeness. Thus, you do well to accept them for what they truthfully are, Jehovah’s Word of inspired truth, preserved until our day.—1 Thessalonians 2:13; 2 Timothy 3:16, 17.
did u read dat article you shared with comprehension? The part u bolded was the writer giving the glory of the compilation to God wch the men who compiled the books will also do.. It goes to prove the fact that the same God who inspired men to write those books also used men to compile them.. If God used men at such a time, it debunk ur claim that it ended with the death of the last Apostle wch also goes to prove dat God still uses men today. QED

That's where you're getting it all wrong! God remains God at all times but regarding pure worship there must be visible evidence of God's arrangement, that's why HE called them HIS witnesses and that's what Satan always try to debunk. Satan said "you will be like God" (Genesis 3:5) meaning each person will be independent on his/her own without any order to organize them under the control of a Supreme Being! So whenever there is a group or organization that merits that purpose, Satan will gather a large crowd of unfaithful people having NO unique motive of specific order than to tear down the orderliness of the well organized group! Sorry my friend the only way to RECOGNISE God's servants practicing pure worship is orderliness and organizational policy.

Do I expect any reasonable response from you? Absolutely not.
Open up your brain and let it do the remembering who this moniker is rather than trying to deflect issues.
You messed up, sunk too low, fought too dirty and eventually became an object of ridicule as against how esteemably I previously held you.
However you try to hide your head in the sand, you've lost it all, salvation.
