I thought this only happen within Fulani. So Igbo backwardness is up to this level.

If this was a post about how this happened in the north or in Afonja land this tread will have reached 20pages by now with you-know-who frolicking around in glee.

And I won't be surprised if this disgraceful act was tied to exorbitant bride price from the bride's family.

The word is not for everyone. It might even be for just one person in the whole neighborhood.

That individual should hear the word at a more suitable time - in the day time.
People get stressed out and die from lack of sleep. I don't function well if I haven't had at least 6hrs of uninterrupted sleep.

Speak to them in the first instance. Explain that they are disturbing yours and your baby's sleep. Then involve your neighbours so you can collectively ask them to desist from noise pollution so early in the morning.
If that doesn't work, pay a policeman or two to handle the issue.
I'm a light-sleeper, so I got increasingly irritated just reading your post.
Preaching requires common sense and tact. You can't go disturbing people's sleep. How can an annoyed and sleep-deprived individual be receptive to the word? Brains, people..

Pictures have emerged showing a Fulani family which were allegedly killed some weeks ago by Berom tribe in Plateau state. There have been accusations and counter accusations following the ethnic-religious crisis which saw over 100 people killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen in Plateau.

The emboldened is the major problem in Nigeria. An entire tribe with all its people took turns to kill one family?
What happened to personal accountability?
Why do innocent people have to pay for the actions of others?
About time we invited the British to take over.

Capital lie. Are they saying Nigeria is poorer than Zambia, Somalia, Benin, Tanzania and the likes, Nepal, Tahiti and the likes? Hell no. I know Nigeria is poverty striken but not on the scale of no one. Different organizations releasing different result to make us feel they exist. I totally disagree.
Competing with the bottom of the barrel instead of the top, typical of the mindset of the perpetually poor.
The report compared numbers. The countries you mentioned don't have even half the population of Nigeria.

Attention seekers. If these dogs think by this silly act of theirs PDP would recognise them, then they are in for a long thing.
As far back as 1995, PMB swore to an affidavit that he misplaced his certificate when he was arrested and placed under house arrest by IBB. He used this affidavit to run for election in 2003, 2007 and 2011. In 2015, he presented this same affidavit to INEC and it was accepted. Let these monkeys crying more than the bereaved tell us when PMB forged his certificate. The result that was presented by the Kastina state government was not from Buhari but from the school as requested by the government.
He had his certificate in his hands when he was arrested? Or his house was ransacked and his certificate stolen while he was being arrested?

#2 Omugwo ( Otherwise known as After birth care)

Omugwo is another peculiar tradition among Nigerians. It is the care a mother-in-law gives to a daughter-in-law after birth. Although it is common among the Igbos, but it has cut across all tribes in Nigeria. In fact, there are instances when both couples mother will be around for an Omugwo
Source: http://www.24hoursreporter.com/2018/05/23/7-traditions-peculiar-nigerians/

This is inaccurate. Omugwo, in Igbo culture is a period in which a mother provides post-partum care to her own daughter, which makes more sense than mother-in-law taking care of daughter-in-law.

well there are rich successful married men who cheat with reckless abandon. They even flaunt it on their wife's faces. A situation where the man was self made before he met his wife and the wife totally depends on him she might not have a choiceAnd besides there are single ladies who date married men only. Its the choice of life they choose and nobody would say anything. Ppl only speak their mind when such ladies come out to blame men when such relationship sometimes don't go their way. This is why i respect Caroline danjuma. She was bold enough to break up with her millionare cheating husband when it became too much. Anyway any man dis satisfied with his marriage or had no feelings for his wife will always cheat.nothing can change dat.

It doesn't always follow that wives of men who cheat openly with impunity are financially dependent on the men. Some spend their wives' money on other women.
Caroline, like most African women, did not leave because she was cheated on. She left because the sidechick had become much more to the codger she was married to.

any married man who lies about his status to a girl is a big coward. He should be bold enough to admit his marital status to a girl ..so dat the girl will be able to make up her mind to remain or leave.

Agreed; however there's also his wife who he should be bold enough to inform of the affair so she can choose to stay or walk, else he still is a coward

very true sha. Some men do have their families located abroad hence they have all the time to cheat around but this occur on rare occasion. one thing about most married men is they don't lie about their status. The few that lie still get caught. A lady here just posted about a married police officer who was asking her out and denying being married but she eventually found out. So u see wat we saying.most sidechics in Nigeria who date married men know they are dating a married man.is it not in this same nl i saw a story about one married man whose wife went on an oversea trip and this guy invited his sidechic to his marital home to look after the kids while the wife was away.most sidechics involved in it know they are with married men.

I don't know about most, but many know they're dating taken men. They aren't the ones I've been referring to.

look, all i am seeing is dat when u want to get into a serious relationship with a man try to know about his personal ish. Ask about his family...tell him u would like to see them. Try notice his reaction. If he tries to dodge the issue then that's a big red flag. He has something to hide. Man wey get open mind and im love u to the core...no be u go even request to see im ppl. Na im go carry u go show im papa. He will always be happy to be with u.he will flaunt u as his woman. Not the one that secretly visits u at night or meets u in a secluded area. Dat one no be ur guy.he belongs to someone else and he's just dere for the sex. And as for weak mothers...well a married man in the first place would never make the mistake of introducing u to his mom.dats crazy..lol. If he's married and u suggest about seeing his mom..he will always make up an excuse. But for a single man with sidechics .. Dat one will be another Tory for another daycheesy.

Understood, but my point is that while the things you've mentioned are great pointers, they may not apply in every situation. Some men are professional philanderers, some have kept and been fully functional in multiple families for years. Others are enabled by their circumstances e.g. Wife /girl friend lives abroad so side-chick can even move in.
We have a culture of blaming the victim in Nigeria; the side-chick who didn't knowingly sign up to be a side piece is a victim, the main chick is also a victim.
The culprit who should not be involved with two women at the same time is absolved of the crime in many cases. It's sometimes hard to sympathise with men who "jam" crazy women that cause them physical harm as payback.
