I know the ONOSA ROAD VERY WELL. WHERE ALONG ONOSA ROAD IS THIS LAND? A DEED DOES NOT MEAN ANYTHING. THE FIRST QUESTION IS WHERE IS THE LAND LOCATED IS IT A GOVERNMENT AQUIRED, GAZZETTE, VILLAGE EXCISION? IS THE SURVEY LODGED AT ALAUSAA YET? THEN WHO ARE THE ABORIGINAL OWNERS (FAMILY RECIEPT ISSUES) ? THEN WHO IS THE CURRENT OWNER? |

Kriss216:Wisdom. Though I do not consider it only a Nigerian Girl Problem. You will not understand the level of wisdom in your statement. Or Perhaps you do. IF ONLY OUR YOUNG MEN SPENT THIER TIME CHASING THEIR BUSINESS, CAREERS, VOCATION/TRADE, PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT, etc. Transmutation OF all this sexual energy into another worthwhile venture. IF ONLY THEY REALIZE THE FOLLY IN THIS OPPOSITE SEXGIRLFRIEND/LOVER THING. DO NOT BE TOO ATTACHED TO ANY HUMAN BEING. Especially a woman who adds no value to aspects of your life like Business, Career, Vocation, Skill Acquisition, Self Development, and LIFES PURPOSE. TO ME ANY RELATIONSHIP THAT IS NOT LEADING TO MARRIAGE IS FOR SEXUAL PURPOSES. The so called WE ARE DATING. What the hell is DATING? Please you are simply enjoying each others sexuality. So, simply Enjoy it. Why spend time, effort, heartbreak, money, energy etc on such a useless relationship? Have the sex and quickly go back to focusing on yourself. Go back to chasing your life's purpose. Or you avoid it and fully focus. PLEASE TO ANY LISTENING YOUNG GUN OUT THERE: Be not deceived: 1. Put yourself first. Yourself first and no one else. 2. Then focus on your FAMILY dependents. Yes. Old/Aged Parents Relatives that cant work anymore. 3. Then focus on Young kids (relatives/kids of relatives/your own kids) too young to cater for themselves. 4. Then think of the less priviledged in the society, etc. IT IS AFTER ALL THESE ARE TAKEN CARE OF THAT YOU CAN THEN DECIDE IF YOU WANT TO , TO ADD A WOMAN TO THE LIST of life's troubles. And when you add a woman, be NOT deceived that she loves you for who you are. She loves you because of one selfish reason or another that suits her taste in a man. Just as you also see some selfish reasons that suit your taste in a woman. In the end, WE ARE USING EACH OTHER. SO BE WISE. |
CAN YOU MAKE PERFECT CIRCLES, CURVES OR ANGLES WITHOUT USING A PLIER TO CRUDELY BREAK OFF THE TILES AS MOST NIGERIAN TILLERS STILL LOCALLY DO? THIS MAKES THEIR FINISHING VERY HORRIBLE. IF YES THEN YOU DESERVE RESPECT SIR. |
I usually find it funny when they come here and post lands for sale in Ibeju Lekki putting up quotes they copied from books like ''Millionaires today bought land yesterday...bla bla bla''. Is it buying one plot of land that will suddenly make you wealthy? They put up flyers with mediocre 3D Designs and 3D Cars. I usually find this hilarious. I avoid estate lands because you never ever buy the lands totally: 1. There are always hidden charges. They will practically con you by telling you buy and build but when you buy, building becomes a problem; 2. They will always be the ones to collect service charges for LIFE. You bought a land for millions, built for millions and then they still take huge sums of money annually as service charge(s). While I should not mind the cost of Cleaning, Gardening, Security, Power, Residence Dues, etc. the charges are usually so exorbitant. Many estate residents have protested against this publicly even blocking access roads. 3. Most of them have not perfected their documents up to 80%. Their so called ''Gazettes'' are usually still in progress when you get to Alausaa for your search. What if the Government changes its mind and does not go ahead to issue the title. It is their prerogative. Why sell properties that you have not secured full title to? 4. Some of them are outright thieves and scammers with no title at all. 5. TO add insult to injury they come up with laughable payment plans and call it mortgage. A land of 20m. You want me to pay monthly for 1 year as mortgage. I should pay almost 2m per month. If I earned that much why should not just buy the property at once. 6. Most of their so called PROMO PRICES are scams and lies. There is no promo. Or they will callously tell you the promo ended yesterday. How convenient. I met 100 of you so called real estate marketers and companies with promos on various properties and conveniently all of you claim the ''promo ended yesterday''. They are mainly just lairs who have really made billions in the frauds most of them perpetrate. I LOVE REAL ESTATE. I HAVE THEM AS WELL. However, I am NOT buying into ANY estate in Lagos. It doesn't serve my real estate investment goals. Rather I am planning on developing my own estate as well. Profit from Sales of the Property and Profit from Service Charge for Life. Let us all play the game. Secondly, buying 1 plot of land in a remote estate isn't how I deal in properties. I develop and flip or take rent. Especially Multi Apartment Homes/Structures. When it comes to single plots, I buy Village Excisions that aren't estates. These are the ones I focus on. As a matter of fact I want to soon take my eyes off the Lagos Market. Once Ibeju Lekki and Epe are gone, there is nothing much left. The Lagos Model is being replicated in many other areas/cities/States in Nigeria offering new opportunities. |
micxwell:That must have been an error on my path. I apologize. Good evening. |
where is the sample of work done |
Are you selling the four plots together or you can sell each plot individually? |
Interestingly I have two plots in this Area. Why is the owner selling? Just curious. |
Why is the owner selling? Just curious. Can you get a land around this same Iwofe Area on a Major Busy street where one can use for a Bar/Lounge/Restaurant? |
DANA, Your level of gross unprofessionalism, lack of care and total stupidity this xmas period is not only worth destroying your equipment for. It it is worth grounding all your aero planes. You allowed people book flights as early as possible. The deal is once the flight is booked and fares paid, it is a first come first serve basis. You cannot kick me out of a flight because someone offered to pay a higher fare. THAT WAS WHAT YOU DID ON THE 20TH OF DECEMBER AND YOU ARE DOING TILL THIS DAY. After passengers had booked these flights early enough, you decided to cancel flights that were booked cheaply earlier this year. CALLOUSLY AND WICKEDLY. And you are here shamelessly trying to make a stupid point by making baseless accusations that cannot be verified. Let us even assume the said passenger has been known to throw a fit and treat people poorly. Let us also agree that destroying your equipment is not a part of the avenues available for him to seek redress. The question is on this particular case, was it justified? THE ANSWER IS A RESOUNDING YES. YOU CANCELLED PEOPLES FLIGHTS WITHOUT/OR ON VERY SHORT NOTICE WHILE THEY WERE GETTING OUT OF BED TO HEAD TO THE AIRPORT. Only for them to realize the flights were actually available but suspected that you had swapped passengers who were ready to pay more. How do I know this? Because you did this same stupid thing to my family that was supposed to Travel on the 20th of December. Just that morning you sent messages cancelling flights of families and of people who booked the xmas flight earlier in the year and cheaper. YOU SAW PEOPLE WHO WERE WILLING TO PAY YOU HUNDRED THOUSAND NAIRA PLUS AND YOU DECIDED TO SHED THOSE WHO BOUGHT THE TICKETS CHEAPER AND EARLIER. AS AN AIRLINE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES. HOW ARE WE SURE THIS SAME GREEDY COMMERCIAL INTEREST WAS NOT PART OF THE ROOT CAUSES THAT LED TO YOUR CRASH? How are we sure taking greedy irrational decisions for commercial interest was not a critical root cause, or contributory cause? Some of us thought it that second chances were not a bad thing, hence we book your flights. And NO! Not because it is cheaper. But because you actually did have top notch service in the past making customers feel welcome and even taking special care of customers when flights are delayed. However, this show of stupidity this xmas must imply that something is seriously wrong with your company at this time. It is either you now have a very heartless set of management who do not believe in customer loyalty or there is someone who is hell bent on destroying your company's reputation. We know your company's goal is to make money. No doubt. But at the expense of the comfort of a mother and three children? Your Booking Officers saw a mother and three children and decided to cancel her flight. A call was put through to them the the ignorant fool who picked the phone claimed that she can use the ticket some other time around next year? Really? Some other time? That level of idiocy makes me scared for the kind of people that run these aviation companies in Nigeria. HAVE SOME SHAME. |
Juwon21:I have attempted 3 times to reply elaborately on this topic. However I have been blocked each time. For reasons best known to the owner of this blog and the antispam bots. I shall attempt to post again and hopefully this time I am not banned. Maybe I shall break my posts into bits and pieces. |
sammytovic:Do you not consider that taking 5 minutes to visit their website and contacting the phone number provided there will give you better and more reliable information? I will advice you to do this search yourself. Visit their website, get the details therein and contact them for the training schedule. That way you have a contact and you have reliable information as well. HSE Engineering, Sciences, Technology and Management is not a discipline for those who love to be proactive and find solutions to problems before they even exist. I have taken liberty to post the web address of ISPON.GOV.NG . Get the contact details from there Sir/Madam. https://ispon.gov.ng/Services/Training |
DPR MINIMUM INDUSTRY SAFETY TRAINING FOR DOWNSTREAM OPERATORS (MISTDO) Minimum Industry Safety Training for Downstream Operations (MISTDO) is a basic safety training requirement which must be undertaken by ALL personnel working in the downstream sector of the Nigerian oil and gas industry. It is a major component of the Safety Audit Clearance policy launched by the Department to reduce risks and occurrences of accidents in the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry. MISTDO seeks to address the high rate of incidents caused by personnel working in the downstream sector of the Oil and Gas industry which have resulted in loss of lives, destruction of infrastructure, downtime in production, loss of revenue and environmental pollution. The outcome from previous Investigations reveal that poor safety knowledge and culture and a dearth of competent personnel in this sector are major causes of these incidents. Thus, to eliminate or reduce to the barest minimum future occurrences of these incidents, the Department in line with its mandate to enforce policies & programs for the safety of people, the environment and Oil and Gas infrastructure, developed MISTDO. OBJECTIVES OF MISTDO 1. Enforce safety training requirements in the downstream sector. 2. Increase awareness in safety and risks associated with operations in the sector. 3. Improve knowledge and general competence level in the sector. 4. Standardize basic safety training requirements for personnel across the sector. 5. Serve as a reference or guide for prospective trainees in basic safety. 6. Provide a platform to effectively monitor and regulate basic safety training activities in the sector. COURSE SYLLABUS /MODULES https://mistdo.dpr.gov.ng/MISTDO_SYLLABUS_UPDATED.pdf VALIDITY OF TRAINING 2 Years. TRAINING COVERAGE All Oil and Gas Personnel in downstream operations must undergo the basic training, while those with other technical duties have to undergo other higher level courses as contained in the MISTDO Syllabus. ENFORCEMENT All operators and licensees within the downstream segment of the oil and gas industry in Nigeria are to ensure all personnel are trained on MISTDO. Enforcement will commence before the end of 2020. PRIVATE/PERSONAL SPONSORSHIP Individuals who also seek to acquire this certification may contact the approved training facilities by visiting https://mistdo.dpr.gov.ng/ . Training MAY BE an added advantage to applicants' resume. CERTIFICATE VERIFICATION Certificates issued have unique numbers to allow DPR enforce the training requirement guidelines. DPR can visit any facility and carry out an immediate and on the spot online verification of certificates. Each certificate number is unique and issued by an algorithm through the DPR MISTDO Portal/System FUTURE OF MINIMUM INDUSTRY TRAINING IN OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY The DPR is working hard to introduce MISTUO for Upstream Industry. It is only in Nigeria that anyone can come into the country and work without having adequate national/local professional training requirements.
