I used A5 pro before, trusted them. Screen automatically developed touch problem after 1 year.

If you have some additional money, I would advise you go for an older flagship from Samsung, OnePlus or Google. You'd enjoy them better, because they are smooth and fast like iPhones.

But if you're just starting out, you could start from here to have a first hand experience like I did years ago.

You should return it and get refunded. You cant be fixing what you just got. Besides APple dropped support for iphone 6 and 7. Soon whatsapp will stop working on it

An app has a specific bundle for different phones. Your phone could be 64 bit and his 32 bit.

Ask him to download the app from Play store.
Play store deliver the right app make for specific phones

You will keep receiving security updates. Android phones of 6 years ago can still run all Android apps. It means you can use the s10 till 2028 without any problem, unlike iOS where apps will no longer be compatible when Apple stops updating the phone.

I would pick snappiness and quality over some version update. I would prefer WhatsApp to open in 0.5 secs on Android 12 than having to wait for 5 5secs on Android 14. These days, are not much differences between android versions. I can't really see any difference between Android 10, 11 and 12.

In summary, just get the phone already. Don't try getting Redmi, Infinix or Tecno with that amount.
You could try a high end Xiaomi, Pixel, OnePlus, or from iphone 11( if you like iOS).

Don't be afraid of returning it since it isn't up to 7 days. Explain the issues you're facing with the phone properly. It has a problem from the factory.

When they refund you, buy an old flagship you can afford, like Samsung S9. You'll enjoy it better than Tecno, infinix, umidigi and even Xiaomi phones of same price. Talking from experience.

Are you saying VoLTE is rolled out phone after phone? How many phones are in the world today? It's something when rolled out, phones supporting it are able to use.

Telling the public that VoLTE can be used on some Infinix phones and not Samsung S21 sounds unbelievable.

Just stop using SD card. They can harm your device when they get unstable/end of life.

Well because my friend used his iphone X cable to charge her female friend's iphone 6 via a windows laptop, the iphone 6 back camera stopped working and the cable started misbehaving using her charger when plugged to the iphone X. The iphone x refused to charge anymore.

Apple shits look stupid to me.

Something like that can't happen to a Samsung or other android phones, if the charger is incompatible, I'll simply charge very slowly.
Though Kudos to the 13pro max battery life.

We need to have a word with Infinix and Tecno about Android software upgrade. Their Flagship phones barely manage to get one in their lifetime and nothing for the midrangers
