Haaland is a freak of nature. Sometimes I feel he was cloned in a lab. He does a lot of things to perfection. He runs at record speeds effortlessly. Finishes balls from impossible angles with ease.

However, the talk is about other attributes being brought to the table. Osimhen's work rate around the offensive area is brilliant. Also, his defending is crazy. That is why I believe Guardiola will want to fight for him.

These extra attributes will make some prefer Osimhen to Haaland.

It is just like when Pellegrini said he preferred Riquelme to Ronaldhino. That was die to attributes.

A striker main objective is to score and assist and haaland so far, has proven himself statistically. When you start mentioning inconsequential jargons like “workrate” etc in reference to strikers, you have already lost. Can you imagine someone saying that dirt kurt was overall better than messi because of his work rate Makes no sense. Osimehn is having a good season so far and he can surpass haaland in the future. Osimehn isn’t on haaland level right now. He only scored 10 goals in 30 last season 1in 3 and this season, he has 8 goals thus far. In the future, he can become as good as haaland but as for now, they’re not on the same level. In order for Osimehn to reach haaland status

1 he should be the top scorer at his league (big 3)
2 he should score at least 20 league goals and 30 goals in all competitions

When he does that, there be a conversation. As for now, let’s allow him to be great

Zidane was a CAM. Xavi was a CM and Deeplying playmaker. Big difference.

But understand something. Both were Playmakers. Both could dictate plays but they both did it in different areas of the pitch.

And deep lying Playmakers are not #10s. They are holding Midfielders who specialise in ball playing skills like passing and conducting a team's plays rather than being overburdened with defensive tasks like tackling. If Ivory Coast meets Algeria in the 3rd round, they will prevail. They are not like the minnows the Algerians have been dominating and have an extremely talented offensive unit that can dismantle Algeria's defense. It'll be close showdown no doubt!

It seems to me that People are forgetting why Rohr was hired in the first place. Anyway, for those with selective amnesia! Rohr was hired because the 3 incumbent indigenous coaches (keshi, Siasia and oliseh) had collectively failed to qualify us for 2015, 17 ANC. They faced similar maladministration from the NFF and couldn’t vouchsafed a common ANC qualification which received them a termination. Rohr, used the same players to Qualify us for 2018 World Cup. I am saying this, simply to state that hiring an indigenous coach might cause the team to Regress by failing to qualify for the usual ANC. Rohr, so far doesn’t seem like he is capable of winning (mentality wise) but, if we’re to hire a new coach, he has to be a World class Coach and if a world class coach isn’t guaranteed, a top tactician should be hired next to Rohr. Incidentally, what kind of sound Foreign coach will accept the sort of treatment meted to Rohr by the NFF??

The first time that chidera ejuke played for Nigeria was when I noticed that he is a baller. Another baller is Frank Onyeka! Sometimes, you just need to watch a player once and make your judgement. Nigeria squad can actually be Good if our coach can select his best players and the right formation. When Ndidi transfer to a big club, onyeka could even be his replacement at Leicester

You forget so soon. Last season, Zaidu was very impressive at FC Porto and considering that he walked into their first 11 immediately from a backwater team speaks volume. This year, zaidu had a few average performances and he was used as a scapegoat. But, his level is still higher and he is still a better player than Collins. It is high time that we dismiss certain players from the team because if you cannot make any decent attacking contributions against CAR, idk for you

People forget that Zaidu is our only defender playing in champions league and he actually had a promising season last year. He is out of form at club now, but he is still better than Collins and playing at a higher level than both.
