It happens, I.e in Nigeria if you go to the state liaison office to get a state of origin certificate they ask what's your tribal name, if you go to let's say Enugu state with the name Aisha Muhammad they would doubt if your really from their, compared to if you bear Aisha chigozie Muhammad.
