pls my storm 2 kips restarting it self wat can i do, i was advised to do a security wipe , pls will dat solve the problem and hope it wont have an adverse effect on my phone , and also if i try to check my acc balance with *556# it dials it like a number i have tried changing the network 2 manual and the problem still persists,

my nokia 3110c displayed the message "phone restriction" when i switched it on. can anyone help with removing the restriction? thanks. imei number of the phone is 356029037209144

it seems the software has corrupt. you wil have to reinstall d bb firmware. give it to a technician or google it.

I am not sure u can do it on your own cuz it requires a little technical know-how and a box. better you give it to an engineer.

pelumiv i used the pc desktop software in upgrading and all of a sudden my browser started acting funny ,pls cant i downgrade back

Impossible to downgrade. Flashing will make it worse. The best is to find a newer software update. won't be difficult since its a bb. And make use of a pc in ur next upgrade

@dwayne thanks for the advise bro, pls my friends bb bold 1 all of sudden stoped charging and went blank, also wen we tried inserting anoda bold1 batery into it , it showed 4 like 5 mins and also went blank pls wats the solution plssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

If it went off while charging, it might be due bad charging current. As for the blank screen, several factors might be responsible.

if it started during charging, then its due to a bad charging current. Have an engineer look it up. Blank screens dont alwayz mean well for smartphones.
