This is very personal for me to say but I should.I was raised by my father and his elder brother.I only just knew who my mother was april this year cause she walked out of my life when I was 6months old.Am in my mid-twenties.Not like my father had a sex-ual relationship with his elder brother,No but I never had the so-called Motherly love.

I had a wonderful father and great uncle.Of course I questioned at some point where is my mother cause I saw what society had,but it never changed my love for the both of them,I've never for once felt that I had no mother in my life.In the little but mighty way they could,they showed me all the love and affection available to them.

Not all families are built on the Father and mother standard,understand this.

On gay parenting,If you know nothing about gay parents,endeavour to learn more.Not all gay parents hustle as you think,even if they do.It is demanded that when you have children,you take out time and dedicate it to paying attention to your kids.Even if the kids are dropped off with nannies daily(many straight working class couples do this)it's still demanding that they create a schedule for that child.

My close friend Hezron Lorraine who you may know,he's a nairalander and he's gay.He has two boys,everyday I see him and the kids,I adore what they have cause what I see is A father not a Gay Dad cause I see love and affection from him to the kids.He didn't learn that,He has it in him,He understand that those kids reflect who he is as a father not as a gay man.
