I know what you're thinking, cookies from websites I visited are following me around. But trust me, that's not the case. I didn't do any online search, whether on Google or socials.

My first vivid experience was a few weeks ago. I was talking about getting a new laptop. Only talk o. I didn't use Google search to research laptops, neither did I visit any website or social media handle for computers and gadgets. Next thing I see on IG are adverts from laptop vendors starting with HP. But I didn't get mad.

Then just yesterday, I was arguing with my brother about ergonomic chairs, saying I can't continue using the chairs in the house cos they cause back pain while ergonomic chairs help to reduce it. I was like "make money come make I go buy office chair". That's where the office chair matter died o.

Then I woke up this morning to see office chair ads on my IG. Wallahi I haven't searched for this thing online before (I even checked my browsing history, no result.)

This shit is scary. The only explanation for this is that my phone (the mouthpiece especially) is spying on me. Has anyone had a similar experience before?

I'm confused about this and will like anyone with ideas about this issue to advice me.

I'm married with 2 lovely kids but my home is not that lively due to my poor condition, i'm always on a look out to see ways that will better my condition but all efforts are not yielding any positive result. my major problem is to raise my children in a way that will enable them live and not just exist like i do hence i always go to any length to provide the basics in the house. However, my problems seems to be increasing daily to a point that i started feeling depressed and suicidal recently. i sometimes attributed my woes to how i live a very bad life in the past but then again, something came up recently which is giving me sleepless nights.
