Boko haram did this and that..... Federal Government refuse to do this and that. Some of these things shouldn't be your concern for the sake of your happiness.

3) GET ENOUGH SLEEP. Quality Sleep is good for you. Night sleep for an adult shouldn't be less than 7hours. Don't underestimate the importance of daytime sleep too.
