Yep! tuition fees and also the budget for the institutions.

Where I served (NYSC) in a college of Agric (state owned) around 2017. This masters degree lecturer (HND 1993) receives N300K plus/ monthly. While in my alma mater( Fed Univ) same masters level lecturers whom had their B. Eng around 2008 received around 200k as of 2014. I think there are other determinant factors to their salaries.
