Nobody is willing 2 buy d phone from me, they are all afraid they told me d phone might be a stolen phone. Only one person is willing 2 buy it for 18k.

And u won't Believe dis is d phone I bought for 48k after a lot of begging.

Right now I feel like d most Stupid guy on Earth.
Pele.

Just consider it as a lesson learnt.

Instead of it sitting at home and gathering dust

You may just want to to sell it for that 18k

At least instead of waiting and waiting and just looking at it doing nothing... The more you look at it, the more it annoys you.

So just "dash" that person and collect the 18k

Mine own experience was even more bad......I mistakenly bought an icloud locked iphone 5s from olx.com, When I contacted d guy through whatsapp he said I should restore it.

I didn't know d Mad guy was lieing, after I took it 2 an engineer d engineer told me I will spend upto 30k to remove d icloud account of the former owner.

Now the phone is useless....

I can't even contact d olx guy anymore, he has blocked me from whatsapp and his number has been switched off since last month.
Sorry man...

I can imagine

Olx shouldn't really be anybody's one stop shop.

Maybe you should see if you can sell it to someone who wouldn't mind the icloud issue, it's just that you'd have to sell it at a ridiculously cheap price.

Personally I've always had a distaste for anything apple.. From their macintosh Pcs, to Ipads, Iphones etc.. Their compatibility restrictions are just too tight.

Android or Windows... That's the way forward.

Very true @bolded..

I don't think anybody should even waste their time taking his comment to heart.. Because it just lacked depth... Dude doesn't know me from Adam and yet he was so "authoritatively" spewing nonsense.

Truth is.. Passing a true and sincere compliment is very healthy,.. and no matter how many times one passes a compliment on one person, it is almost never enough.

Afterall.. According to how Mark Twain so bluntly put it "I can live for two months on a good compliment"

Catch no feelings broda. I called it imagination, its part of life.

And you confirmed the feeling yourself. Spare me these self- righteous talks the babe no dey again, she don waka.
I think the use of the bolded statement would have sufficed if I had denied that I wouldn't feel good if the scene you imagined was literal.

If you think I said what I said to get her attention, then I think you really need to tone down your imagination, you may just have been spending too much time in your head.. Come back to life.

Be cool.

Can you explain the feeling?
Of course it would be far from the truth to say it's a bad feeling..

It would obviously be a good feeling, possibly the same feeling I got when I finally finished Call of Duty Modern Warfare PC version grin

Yeah I'm a Nigerian
I was asking because getting married at such an age is not exactly "Nigerianish", it's not like you should cower under any social or societal stereotype concerning when to marry or not though.,the most important thing is getting married for the right reasons.

Personally I feel there's still so much about even yourself that you're yet to know, your interests, your likes, your motivations at this age are still very malleable and flexible and as such, you may find out that at 25years of age, he may not be the type of guy that, that 25year old "already formed" woman in you would have loved to settle down with.

This is love... and if it's truly love that he feels for you, what's the rush,.. Love doesn't rush... Love is intense but at the same time calm, gentle and mature.. Love is not impulsive...You need to share more of yourselves together (not referring to sex), get to know each other better, get to know if he fits into what /where you ultimately see yourself becoming and heading in life.

Summarily, it's your choice, but since you've asked for our opinion, I'd say you should give the relationship more time.. At least till when you're 23.

Recently he bought an engagement.. He wants to take me to his parent, he wants us engaged!

I don't even have any female friend that would be so irresponsible to put her legs on my waxed dashboard not to talk of chewing gum... That's some local shit... None of my female friends are local... and of course when I do have a girlfriend... She won't be local.

Only very local, hyper concentrated bush girls would stick bubble gum on a car's dashboard.

Calling ur boss b4 ur parents, is actually understandable..
But calling ur Gf(person wey u neva and don't no if ur gonna marry) b4 ur parents..

U sure sey u neva chop vegetable like this?
Lol

I can't date a girl I don't intend to/can't marry.

If It's okay to call my wife before my parents why shouldn't it be okay to call my girlfriend before them. She's going to be my wife. She's not just some punny device for in and out activities.

That's how I see it though... What I can do for my wife is what I will do for my girlfriend... Getting married doesn't change her per se.. it's just an institution more or less that accommodates a number of other responsibilities... So she's still the same person and holds the same position in my heart.

This is just my own ethos.

HealthRe: The Rejected Nigerian Ebola Soldier (A Premium Times Investigative Report) by 1one: 7:09pm On Oct 05, 2014
Why are most people saying summarize huh

Is it laziness to read or just plain disinterest.

I found it delightfully interesting even though the circumstances that led to the write up was quite unfortunate. But still, I enjoyed reading it particularly because I was visualizing the whole write up in my head scene by scene.

Anyways, I think it's rather unfortunate to think that corruption has sipped into every system in this country, the health system inclusive, because if not for monetary reasons I see no reason why the writer and possibly other volunteers were not contacted... Maybe there was one top brass somewhere that was seating on the money the FG/Foreign aid made available to volunteer anti-ebola personnel or maybe the writer's network was bad during the whole time and that's why he didn't get their calls or emails.. (I find this to be highly unlikely)

Whichever the case, We can not be too thankful to God enough that the scourge of Ebola is a thing of the past

God bless Nigeria.
