Hiii..

Thanks for popping in

Naah that's not the answer

If you look at the word "V-A-L" alone
You'll see it has a "V"... But the words given in the list;none of them have a" V" and the rule is to use at least one LETTER from each WORD

so please give it another shot smiley

Tannie: 1one appear here

This my first time here, don't really know the rules but I go for BETHLEHEM

Let me explain

LET - E
SIT - T
SLOT- L
SEEM - E
TOM - M

I added the other letters B, H, which gave me BETHLEHEM, it associated with christmas.
Okidoki... Thanks for popping in..

You're most welcome...

I would have suggested that you went through the last page to see the way and manner the questions are, just to get acquainted... But since you've already attempted this one... I think we'll keep that for later..

This particular Think-in Monday is different from the format of the previous days..

For today's own I've given you a list of WORDS.. so you're meant to form a unique, new word from this list of words.. However this new word formed must also fit into the definition of the word given in the question...

So.. Yes... You really tried... But please give it another shot...

The answer is not Bethlehem.

1. Consider The Following Underlisted Words

-LET
-TOM
-SLOT
-SEEM
-SIT

FORM A NINE LETTERED WORD from the combination of at least one letter from this group of words, so much so that you get a NINE LETTERED WORD that is associated with one of the major holiday seasons in the world... Upon which the presence of this word under the right circumstances would require two or more people to do something that reflects a type of physical expression of affection.

gringringrin

The rules remain the same.

Remember to please mention me before you drop your answer.

Your time starts...... NOW!!!

RomanceRe: Share The Crazy Things You Did While In Love by 1one:
I can count the number of crazy things I've done on one hand because love has never really been my forte... But I think the craziest thing I've done in a relationship happened somewhat 5years ago.. I was seeing this colleague of mine.. very romantically feisty I must saygrin.. You know how it is when you're dating a sanguine.

After work one day, we went to the tantalizers along Adeola Odeku(V/I)... We were just supposed to have ice cream, chat a little and leave because it was already getting late and she lived on the mainland..

So we got two averagely sized cups of strawberry flavored ice cream.. sat down side by side and started talking.. Just talking nonsense basically, the next thing she said was "I want you to kiss me" shocked shocked

I was like aahhh.. Here, now?...with people staring?.. she gave me this "who cares" look.. As I was about digesting the thought of kissing anybody in public for the first time ever angry angry. She now added another shocker.. "let's kiss with ice cream in our mouths shocked shocked shocked shocked.

Fast forward 5mins later.. and we were having one very deeply passionate strawberry flavoured kiss.. Truth be told.. It was an AwemaZING experience... That's the craziest thing I've done for "love".

RomanceRe: Guys, Has A Girl Ever Wooed You, Share Your Experiences by 1one:
As cool as it sounds to the ear... really, a girl wooing a guy is just gross!!!

I've not gone through all the posts yet, but from the pages I've read, such relationships don't just last.. It doesn't because it goes against the natural order of things... "Imagine a fish eating chicken meat.. The girl-guy dynamic was not designed to operate that way.

I've never been wooed by a girl and it has nothing to do with being ugly, on a good day I'd pass for 6.5/10 in looks.. which is a pass markgrin on a verrrrrrry good day, I dey even enter 7.5 sef gringrin

What I'm saying is most times it just puts the guy in an awkward position and makes him to give in just because of courtesy or because the girl is pretty... all guys that have accepted wooing proposals from girls all had this common denominator-"she was foooooiiiine". Later on they might discover the girl has more character flaws than they can handle and this leads to stress in the relationship. If the guy in this situation chooses to stay in the relationship, he stays mostly due to the fact that he pities her and remembers that she was the one who wooed him.

The flip side to this is that it also creates an atmosphere where the guy doesn't want to do any tangible work to feed the relationship under the guise that well after all babe, you were the one that asked me out so I don't have to stress myself doing anything that makes you or us happy, the work is on you.

This is 2014, as a girl in one other thread said and yes by that definition, a lot of things have changed, bordering lines have become blurred, women are more brazen, driven, the society has seemingly become more liberal and accomodating to notions like this - A girl wooing a guy. However, I think when it comes particularly to relationships, lets just keep it traditional... It works better that way... Give the guy "green light".. blind him with it.. Let it be so bright that even if Nepa takes light he won't notice.. That's the best you can do to a guy you're interested in as a lady... Start from dropping subtle hints and clues, if he still remains clueless, then increase the tone, if he doesn't still get it, then leave him be.

Never Never Ever walk up to a guy and ask him out.
Forum GamesRe: THINK-IN. by 1one(op):
drollster: 1One. this is why I was talking about k-leg. thought I was wrong, but AdeniyiA is right. Give him the prize for this one. Lets break it down.

2nd and 3rd letters of the african country capital? ( Will come back to this)
Synonym of rebound? Ricochet.
First letter of a former African secretary general? 2 possibilities : Boutros Boutros Ghali or Kofi Annan. Answer is Boutros.
6th, 7th, 8th letters of the french word for the middle class? Bourgeois grin
if the 5th and 9th letters are added to the a word that means to err ( sin), it gives a verb form to a unique type of idol = sings.

So we have B??RGEOIS.

Back to the first clue, the way it is stated , it will be BUARGEOIS. This is wrong. There is no 9 letter word in the english language that starts with BUA, I stand to be corrected. So manipulating the clues a bit, and restating the first one, it should read THE FIRST AND SECOND LETTERS ARE THE SAME AS THE FIRST AND SECOND LETTERS of the capital of an African country pronounced with the W sound. Giving OU.

And the answer will be BOURGEOIS.

Sorry for jumping all over, but that's why I mentioned the k leg thing. I believe AdeniyiA is correct.
Advance apologies for breaking your rules, but I need to be able to sleep and stop dreaming about this unanswered question. angry huh embarassed
Hahahahaha gringringrin(laughing in English)

Kikikikikikikiikikilkkikkiikiki(laughing in Japanese) gringringrin

Yeah actually AdeniyiA got it grin

I was just trying to stretch him thin to see how long he will last grin

I was particularly impressed when he realized that the an answer was in the question it self... I'm cool like that..... grin

Yeah I made a mistake, I apologize about that, especially to AdeniyiA, and every other person who got all the letters but the second and third..

It should have been THE SECOND AND THIRD LETTERS OF THIS WORD FORM THE FIRST AND SECOND LETTERS FOR THE NAME OF THE CAPITAL OF AN AFRICAN COUNTRY WITH A "W" SOUND.

But it takes someone who had gotten all the answers to the clues in the first place to realize the error concerning the clue for the second and third letters

But summarily I like how this one gave you guys Heaaaaaaaaaaaadache.. gringrin

Bu ha ha ha *Dracula evil laugh*gringrin

You guys can all sleep well nowgrin

AdeniyiA wey dey look for prize... Ehnn dAnt wArry.. I said giving of prizes starts from this week... So the next one will definitely have prizes attached to them. cool

RomanceRe: Can You Marry Someone You're Younger/older Than, As A Lady? by 1one: 11:29pm On Sep 29, 2014
I don't know what a lady will be thinking of to make her even date a guy that's younger than her... Imagine her husband being younger than her junior brother sad.

I just don't think it's appropriate.

I also don't think it's fitting to date or marry your age mate, this is just my personal opinion based on what I will do and not do.

I can't even date a girl in whose family, all her siblings are older than I am... Naaaah.. Ko le possible... I should be older than at least two of her siblings plus her making 3

PhonesRe: The Reason Why You Get Incessant Text Messages by 1one: 9:04pm On Sep 29, 2014
timbros: Solution: Go to play store, download this app Postman.

It will seamlessly redirect all unwanted SMS to a folder (Without your phone ringing!). And according to your setting, will delete them after a period of time.

Any SMS from an unsaved number will go to this folder and deleted after the specified period (I set mine to 30 days). Beware, an important SMS from an unsaved number will be push there, so check the app regularly. But the good thing is, you can redirect an important SMS back to your inbox and subsequent SMS from that number will start going to your inbox directly.

Postman is the solution!
