It's wrong if they are trying to silence opposition. Very wrong. But I think you are being overly paranoid. Yes, they will try to get to you and hopefully use as much nonviolent means as possible. You made it easy for them by opening two fake Facebook accounts. They probably did report it to close it down. I recommend you contact Facebook to investigate who closed down the second one or who is asking for ID verifications. I don't think APC is capable of doing facebook's job. APC people should know that bully politics or silencing opposition will always have the negative effect. They should call their hounds to order and check themselves.

It is plausible that some of his 'online' haters might have aggressively used the report button on his account. Facebook would have automatically disabled the account in such situation. Providing his ID, to confirm the account isn't compromised or spam, would have remedied the situation. You are COMPLETELY right. Most people on NL politics section supporting politicians are either being paid, doing it out of misplaced passion or hoping that some big politician would notice them and reach them offline for political appointments.
