Symptoms such as HBP, chest pains, bittermouth taste and others which he answered in agreement plus these(dry mouth and increase thirst) or minus them does point him to a medically trained doctor than a Dental doctor.

You may do the following to help cause you to increase your appetite for the want of food:

1. Avoid a sedentary lifestyle. Have something to do to keep your head and mind going. Keep yourself away from home.

2. Intake of little alcohol can helps freshened your want from food.

3. Eat snacks, biscuits and little of soft drinks especially some hours before meal.

4. Early morning exercise and a good sleep can raise up your appetite threshold.

5. Eat your likes, eat your affordable likes and little worry about what you can't afford.

6. Make use of useful food substitutes to enrich your appetite. For example, instead of eating rice all the time, prepare a nice lovely jollof with a spaghetti. Instead of garri flakes, you may try on yam, corn or wheat flour for your soup. Place variety over conservative staple food in a completely sense.

7. Spice up your food. Go into the market enough chicken, goat meat, pomo and many others, lace the surface of the food to your liking.

8. Care for others. One way to enrich your appetite is actually to care for others. When you choose to cook for a friend that is willing to eat your food, you will be joyous to eat your food. Your appetite will come up when you eat with crowd than ypu eating alone.

9. Learn to cook should you haven't.

10. Are you stressed in anyway? Is there anything really bothering you? You lost someone or job? You are preparing for an exams or anything? Do you have some bills yet to pay?

Apart, from this loss in appetite what other symptoms do you have?

The chest congestion felt like my chest was so tight that i just couldn't breathe. I had to take ventolin for a while to open my airways.

My work was laundry and dry cleaning but i have stopped it now.

No i haven't been missing meals.

I don't sweat much.

Yes i pass urine alot but maybe because i started to drink water more often.

Last i check it was 130 over 75.

For the now maintain hydration as much as you can. Common cause of lightheadedness are dehydration and postural hypotension. You pressure may be okay on sitting down but falls on standing. This may just be a reason for the weaning on standing for a long time. However, lack of certaing minerals can stand as contributing factors. If I were you, I would try to:
1. Do a chest scan
2. RBC and WBC count with differentials
3. Thyroid hormone activities profiling
4. Knowing your blood concentration of iron, calcium, sodium and magnesium.

I don't know if this is related to the Cipro my lady took but she's been having a kind of numbing/weak feeling in her left leg and left hand and sometimes her left side since 27th April. She feels it around the left bicep, left wrist, the left leg itself(feet and lap not included) and then her left side, It goes and comes but it isn't going away completely....I
Any advice would be appreciated...
She took Ciprofloaxin for 5days 2perday
2nd of this month she took a pain reliever(orphesic) as recommended by a doctor.... It still persisted after this.

Evening. How can you tell this is resulting the ciprofloxacin drug? How was this administered to her? Does this presenting complaint started the drug use?

If all you have done was to take herbs then you haven't started anything. I prefer you see a doctor first before any input from me.

I don't know if you've already attended to the problem. If you have not, you should visit a dental specialist referred to as Oral Pathologist or Oral medicine specialist. I think you may have what we call "burning mouth syndrome". Not every dental ailment is all about mouthwashes.. Some (such as this) require some investigations and actual medical treatment by the doctor (dental surgeon/specialist). Visit a teaching hospital with various dental departments

Should you are suspecting a leading with pregnancy if at all she has not seen her period after the did was done, a home pregnancy tes can be of a simple trial.

The scan also showed fluid in Pod and I was put on antibiotics since last week Wed, but I'm not feeling much better. Through all this, no physical exam was done and I fear I might be pregnant. I am encouraged to tell you that you will recuperate soon. I am also of the expectation that you may experience normal monthly bleeding not as you might have been expecting. This is to encourage you to relax and fix your mind in getting better.
Should this bloating and flatus removing consist over some period of time, kindly call for help. That should not be any problem. But for the now relax and enjoy the best of life while you wait to carry pregnancy with time.

I am a male adult Nigerian of 29years old.I have not suffered from any of the above illnesses (seizures or any heart problem, infection or blood pressure,blood sugar or experienced any accident).
The tests are for the numbness. He just said I should go and do the test even when I subtly asked why I should go and do the above tests, his reply was that I should go and do it.
The only sickness that took me to hospital in the time past was malaria/typhoid, which normally surfaces once in blue moon.

Thank you for responding. It was on April 12. The 1st day was just spotting but by the 2nd day I filled about 3 pads. 3rd day was light bleeding and 4th and 5th day was spotting.

I called it a light period because usually from day 1 to 3, I would have used almost 2 packs of always.

How long were you in Prednisolone and when did you stop using it?

What I mean by right leg is from right foot to right buttocks.
By numbness I mean feeling of weakness. I can't start on my right leg for 10seconds. I can't carry anything on my right lap alone. I think that particular leg is always shaking or vibrating inside more than the left leg.
I am referring to the middle of left buttocks.
I went for scrotal ultrasound, to check for varicocele and hormonal analysis. But lab result showed that I am fine.
He just examined me physically by examining(looking at)my leg and my scrotal sacs.

Why were you checking for varices and doing hormonal assay, was it for the numbness or some other complaint?
Did you have any accident, perhaps a simple fall?
Suffered any infection before?
Blood pressure?
Blood sugar or any related blood sugar analysis?
Any heart problem or any health problem that have warranted your seeing a doctor most of the time now or before apart from this numbness?
Have you suffered seizures before?

I may examine you on just 3 systems after but I alter in this decision depending on how you give reply. Apart from this, you will still have to see a doctor for full prep.

Recently, I have to go for lab tests as recommended by a doctor at UNTH, Enugu after physical examination but the lab results shows that I am OK. First, let me get to know your definition of what you meant by the term, numbness?
When you write "leg", do you mean your thigh(lap), the leg(holding your calf) plus your foot? Or, which part?
When you write "hand", do you mean your arm, your forearm then joining the hand(containing your palm) together? If not, which part?
When you write "buttocks", which side/part(upper/down[left/right]) of the buttocks?
Is it both side of the buttocks?

Can you recall what kind or sort of physically examination he did for you?
Can you tell what lab work he did with respect to your complaint?

He should explain to you what he saw on the chest scanning that necessitate a flushing and how does it relate to Angina?

Decided to go for a scan today, and I was told I have angina disease, the doctor said I need to get my system flushed with some drips, he said the flushing would cost 130k.

He didn't prescribe any drugs I could take for the mean time, he said after flushing I would be given drugs.

Go and get Dextromethorphan syrup and septrin. Follow adult mls for each. Treatment should last 7days. Ensure to take Septrin at least 10-15minute after Dextromethorphan.
