Please I would like you to assess my situation. I have this painful feeling in the tract of my penile shaft, that feeling was like having an open wound and it was painful for urine to pass through due to it saltiness.

But now the pain is that each time I needed to urinate even if little it will be like forcing 5 litres of water through a straw... The veins are very painful...
What do you think, and what do I do.

Age?
Severity of pain? Is it mild, moderate or severe?
Do you experience a cloudy or yellowish discharge before passing out urine, or do you experience this discharge on your pant even without an urge for urine?
Do you experience this much early in the morning?
How many weeks has this pain?
Color of urine? Cloudy, vague or blur?
What is the odor of the urine?
And finally, does your sex complain of anything( if she hasn't ask her now before answering this question)?

Withdrawal not advisable. The percentage of spilling is very high. If you choose to,it will be sensible enough to use any of those emergency postcoital contraceptives(on the part of the female) as an add up should you err.

How bad is the erection that you want a supplement?

There was a time i abused emzolym cough sirop and now i feel drowsy and lightheaded most of the day and i usually can't sit up for long.

Wore the glass for 6 months though and stopped, wasn't comfortable with it.
Now, I'm supposed wear this for 2 years, cos they claim it got worst.

Get to use your glasses for the appropriate reason, as for structural modification that is the least you should expect especially since you are born with it.
In addition to this, get a proper glass with lesser feedback symptoms as to avoid secondary complaint.

It's a medicated glass. Diagnosed with myopic astigmatism. N I naturally have large eye balls.

Did your eyeballs get smaller at the first time of your using glasses?

You really have to keep trying to conceive within first 6months before you worry about seeking for any remedy. But you can help yourself to using pre-pregnancy vitamins and supplements to revitalize your hormonal activities.

Implants are lipid soluble and lasting. This one reason to express a shocking distribution fraction over tissues. Some that may not be so could still be held by blood proteins and often serve as minor reservoir which is responsible for your subfertility.

Really not true. These glasses are meant to modify refractive errors by superimposing light properly on the retina. They offer no structural services.

Hi Doc. Thanks. It wasn't a doctor that prescribed it o. I just kind of picked it on the street ni. And I discovered am able to last longer with just as little as a four way division of a 100mg tablet.
By weak erection I mean inability to maintain a strong penis till the end of a sexsual act. Sometimes the penis will just go flaccid in the middle of the act. Or Sometimes if I try to delay coming, it will just go down on its own. But with this drug am able to complete the act and Madame too is Happy.

Is this actually a case of weak erection?
How long do you wish to go before penile detumescense?
Do you wish to continue this way for the next 2 years?
Will the erection keeps getting better with or without drug?

The only test that was carried out is the malaria test which tested negative

Quinine prescription may not be necessary then. However, due to incite to avoid any duress on your part this may be tolerated.

It is most likely but first, take to proper treatment for S. aureus. Ensure to follow dose to drug use and duration for the treatment. If your present complaint is still in surface either you see a doctor or have a hormone profiling of your reproductive and thyroid hormones.

She should check with the lab for causative agents to:
UTI
1. E. coli, Pseudomonas spp, Klebsiella spp, Staphylococcus saprophyticus or any other as common causes. .

CERVICITIS
1. Gardnerella vaginalis, Trichomonas vaginalis, Mycoplasma genitalium, Chlamydia t and others.

Associating fungal relationship may be Candida albican vulvovaginal localization.

Diagnosis:
1. Urine M/C/S
2. Endocervical Swab or HVS.

Both should be done.

Not at all. Just occasional fever and I even tested negative to malaria test carried out. But he said he just wants to be careful because of the pregnancy test to avoid miscarriage

ESR
RBC/WBC counts
Hemoglobin concentration
S. typhi and S. paratyphi?

A 200-300mg is okay provided it is taken as directed with no other drug in for interaction.
What were your symptoms that had him prescribed Quinine instead of others?
Was it anywhere severe?

We have been dating for more than 2 year, but in 2018 she went for a scan and found out that she has fibroid and hormonal imbalance and that it could hinder pregnancy. doctors said the fibroid is like 12 weeks old pregnancy. we did hsg and hormonal profiling which the doctors said she's also having hormonal imbalance. Same day she said she's not going for the surgery again until she gets married. She started taking herbal medicine that it will reduce the size of the fibroid and that way she will be able to get pregnant even without surgery and she also took drugs for the hormonal imbalance. after some months the size of her stomach reduced cos initially it was bigger than normal. though the stomach have reduced a little but she's still having heavy and extended menstrual flow which could last for seven to eight days and it's been like that for more than 4years. thought her menstrual cycle is regular. we're thinking of getting married but I'm reluctant cos of her medical condition knowing she didn't go for the surgery and not sure if she's going to find it difficult getting pregnant after marriage. I've done my semen analysis and the result came out fine. will her medical condition affect the chances of her getting pregnant after marriage? are we going to have delays in getting pregnant? what's the implications of her not going for surgery? Hello doctor,. for three months now i have been experiencing scanty period. on the first and second day i bleed half a pad which is very unusual as i bleed heavily using more than two pads for the first three day, now i dnt bleed at all on the third day. i went for a pelvic and abdominal scan on day nine of my menstrual cirlcle, resuld showed i av minute fluid in my POD, suggestive of of PID. i felt d result was okay and went ahead to do a culture and urine test on my own. it showed i have a heavy growth of staphylococcus aerues, gps+++, pus cells++. i am currently treating with augumentin 1g and gentamycin. can staphylococcus be the cause, can this treatment i am on cure it. i jus got married and i am nervous if i am going to b fine

It could be or may not. But I am certain if it is not then it is probably hormonal. Treating yourself of those heavy growth is all about writing off infection to look where else could be standing up against all odds.

It is therefore necessary to have your reproductive hormone distribution profiled to check for imbalances with estrogen and progesterone. Attend to your stress, keep proper body nutrition and weight. These may improve your bleeding as well.

Regarding sensitivity, I advise you stay on drugs that were highly marked sensitive after diagnosis. If those you have at your disposal carried those features, then you are good to go.

You will likely be faced with:

1. Drug tolerance or tachyphylaxis: The more you use it the less useful it becomes. This is one common issue you will soon come up with. This will cause you to push up dosage but it will fastened the tolerance the more. The implication as you think is well written as it may cause a full blown loss in erection or into an exact former state.

2. Hypotension: Ensure to maintain daily dosage, also to avoid using Sildenafil with many other antihypertenisves. You will like face hypotension as you aged with it.

3. Others are not so bad, you may check the drug leaflet for more info.

She should see her doctor immediately, ciprofloxacin group of family have been known to cause minor to serious peripheral (not from the brain or spinal cord) neuropathy, which may be responsible for the numbness especially if she is susceptible to it by other ways around.

You didn't tell me the result of the urine microscopy and culture, and the sensitivity used by her formerly used.
It is likely a sequelae and once again, you are advised to do a urine microscopy and culture or Urethral swab in a medical laboratory(not in the former place) as to compare the former result with the present.
This is to rule out infection(especially recurrence). But if it is, then you are advised to follow sensitivity and keep strictly to duration of treatment.

Let me know when the swab is done.

Yes she saw a doctor and a urine test was conducted and was treated for UTI and the pain disappeared for a while, she went back to complain n she was asked to go for a scan

What was implicated from the Urethral swab or urine m/c/s done?
How long was she in the treatment?
And how long gone before she started complaining?
How old is she?

This is not an argument on who should see her or not bro, that is why investigations would be carried out too.

By the way, from your comments, I can tell you know little or nothing about dentistry or dental specialties (You probably didn't have dentistry in your school). What do you think Oral Medicine specialists or oral and maxillofacial pathologists study? Teeth alone? And you probably think dentists set out to start studying the "teeth" without training in Medicine too.. Funny you. Go and read about the Curriculum of dentistry in Nigeria. It's not just about the "teeth", it incorporates being "medically trained" as well (mbbs exams).. And I hope you're not thinking dentists are same as dental technologists and hygienists (dental auxilliaries). If I start lecturing you on arrays of medical disorders managed by oral medicine specialists, you'll be amazed that most of these have nothing to do with "the teeth". In my opinion, I think the name "dentistry" is a misnomer..

Anyways, let's Focus on the patient here. So, which specialty do you think should handle this case? #smiles. Bear in mind that the patient did not make any mention of any chest pain or what have you (pointing to a primary or local cause rather than a secondary or systemic cause). Whichever is the case, the oral medicine specialist is medically and dentally trained to diagnose and treat the ailment, or make appropriate referral if a secondary cause is implicated.

I am very sure you wrote BMS not reading his posts before now. In fact, the reason he mentioned me was problem with Chest pains and bitter mouth symptoms( he gave on clerking him). He has also history of hypertension too.
I have known this man to provide answers incompletely and the very reason I shifted to annul in providing help.
There was a time he created a thread on a complaint on hypertension, I placed him on clerking and it ended in futility. No responds. Weeks later, he came into this thread and complained of chest pain. I had to asked him to give answers to already made questions I had thrown to some persons who had similar complaints. The questions were in two part, he answered one group of questions and left the other. Go up the pages you will see things yourself.

I am not a magician, if I should help anyone here they should be ready and open to answer all questions that comes from me, if he couldn't, it is better I attend to other people that are ready. In this same vain, you brushed in quickly without asking for history and place BMS on him.

Regarding whom he should see, a trained medical doctor is enough. If he chooses for Dental doctor, it is okay too.
