Yes! These are resulting from exaggeration of a normal response to an environment stimuli.
Can he be better managed?

Can he be cured?
It is a case of hypersensitivity, It is a constitutional part of his being. I think he may do so far well with management rather than seeking a cure.

MANAGEMENT:

1. The mother should take records of all the symptoms exhibited during suffering the hypersensitivity reaction. She should as well take records of all the illnesses the child has had before now.

2. The mother should learn about common local hypersensitivity conditions like Hives or Urticaria, Asthma and Allergic Conjunctivitis and the local way to give support to children in these situations.

3. Have the child registered to a paediatric clinic or hospital. Requesting the number of the consultant may be necessary for purposes regarding severity as he grows or other health condition coming with it.

4. The mother should have the child educated of what he is having, educate the child of cleanliness and respect for himself. The mother should maintain a lifestyle that should portray what she teaches. For example, if she teaches the child to avoid smoking fumes from cigarette, she herself should not smoke too.

5. The environment/substances/others factors should by all means stayed away from to avoid triggers:

Perfumes
Flowers
Extremes of temperature (example Cold)
Dusty environment
Extreme exercise
Fumes of any kind
Insects
Insecticides
Feather of birds
Bird's environment

6. The mother should have in keep the following module of management:

Decongestant
Nasal spray

NOTE: These will prevent serious complications, frequency to booking clinical appointments and hence save cost of management.

7. Drug of management should be kept from the child so as to avoid the child abusing it.

8. The drug of management should be at a spot every person in the household have easy access to. So that in t absence of mother the father can support or any of his siblings.

9 DRUGS:

These should be prescribed by a well trained medical doctor or a Paeditrician. Mainstream drug to manage such conditions:

Antihistamines.

However, depending on the issue on presentations the doctor or the Pediatrician may incline to giving other forms of management not written before now. Please the parents of the child should always seek newer and preferential way to help their child.

Good day nairaland doctors, pls am in urgent need of a solution to partial stroke.. my dad developed stroke 2days ago after attack caused by the rise of his blood pressure,. we took him to the hospital but the only thing they succeeded in doing was stabilising his blood pressure,. since then his left part of the body starting from head to toe has been rendered unfunctional, he cnt even move his left hand and leg, turning his head is also a problem... pls am seeking for any advice on what to do,. do u think orthodox medication will be better than herbal in this case? What were you expecting?
Normal Urine left not flushed for sometime can be degraded by microbes and liberate badly smelled effervescence let alone when a urine collect a soluble drug metabolite. The urine containing this condense may show changes either to color or odor. This is normal. As the drug is cleared from the system, you urine will be coming up normal.
Regarding the later complaint, it is not due to the drug as it could be individual due to the body response. Nevertheless, you will be okay.

This will not help you to find help in your present state of emptiness. Rather if I were you, I would distinctly open up everything on how I think, feel and suggest that may be wrong with me or something around not just right causing me to think the way I am. By so doing, I (the doctor) would see the need first to attend to that presenting complaint and then garnered into you the confidence to learn more about yourself and why the situation you find yourself is causing you to suffer a lowdown mental euphoria. If this were followed, you shall have learned enough to save yourself and others but to really take one day off to write on the treatment to Depression is what no Doctor will do due to the complexity,ambiguity and textual expansion to the required quest.

He's 10. Sorry this is a bit late, I had to call the mother to get this information. His eyes itches a lot, his body itches only if he wears dirty clothes or sleeps on dirty beddings and it produces rashes. She said he didn't have asthma before, it's been about 2 years on and off, most of the trouble occurs where there's exposure to cold or dust.

The young child is having symptoms with respect to Rhinoconjunctivitis due to allergy.

How can we help this baby?

First, let's try to make a broth preparation to improve gastrointestinal motility as well as to maintain normal body electrolyte, or perhaps alter the electrolyte a bit as to inhibit activities leading from the worm infestation.
I will assume the person to use this preparation is no HYPERTENSIVE. Should he/she is, then the use of this mixture is withdrawn.

INGREDIENTS :
1. Half-filled glass cup of water
2. A teaspoon of salt.
3. Two cubes of sugar.

PREPARATION STEPS:

1. Break the sugar cubes into pieces.
2. Put the broken sugar cubes into the glass cup of water.
3. Put the teaspoonful( ONLY ONE SPOOFUL DOSE) of salt in to the sugar-water mixture.
4. Mix the mixture thoroughly as to have a greater part of the sugar and salt become soluble in the water.
5. Taste for concentration( usually the maker's discretion).
6. A good concentration will have an odour somewhat like a urine.

USE:

1. Ensure the above steps were properly adhere to.
2. The mixture then should be taken on an empty stomach after early mouth washing.
3. Take mixture once and 1hr after start the Mebendazole( in the morning).
4. In the evening, prepare mixture but with 1 cube of sugar and Half-filled teaspoonful with a reduce quantity of water compared to that in the morning. Take mixture as prepared and 1hr after use the Mebendazole (in the evening)
5. Please don't use mixture more than twice as stated above. Failure to adhere may lead to serious health complications.

SYMPTOMS:
The follow have been marked with using the mixture :

1. Increase abdominal movement and sound during the first 15minute of use.
2. Bloating
3. Passing of flatus( fart)
4. The ease to use the toilet may either increase or decrease.
5. Foul odour of the mouth( rare and even at all very transient)
6. Women in their flow may observe an ease in their period too. Not too certain about this though.

These are symptoms but actually what you should look at for when using the mixture to show that it is working on you.

MEBENDAZOLE :
Use 100mg, 1 dose for each period of use.
Morning /evening.
For 3-5days.

I have never shaved hair around my anus.

Learn to do the following and it will eventually stops:

1. Take bath with warm water.
2. Wash and dry the buttocks and anal region after using the toilet properly.
3. Mild soap wash on that region.
4. Use and spread Corned or talcum powder on region on complaint on going to bed.
5. Expose region of complaint to air. Avoid wearing pant to bed.
6. Avoid sitting down for too long and wearing too tight some clothes to avoid keeping the region of complaint moisturized.

Medication:


Tetracycline 250mg. Application : 3 times daily, morning /noon/evening. For 1 week.
Clotrimazole cream. Application : Morning/evening. Wash off before going to bed.

1. I have not gone to the hospital because I feel it will go itself.
2.it has been one week now.
3. Since it started, it comes and go. Sometimes I feel it so intense, sometimes I don't feel the itching at all.
4. It is mild, not severe. As I type now, I'm not feeling anything. But it can come at any time.

5.it always appear to be wet
6. Not obviously dry
7. No, I did not have anal wound there. But it seems there is wound around the anus from the peoperish feeling.
8. Sometimes both comes at the same time. Other time, pepperish feeling the itching and vice versa.
9. No where in the body. Though there was a time around Jan and February I had penile itching, which was treated by some Antifungal and antibiotic and it stopped.
10. It appears severe inside my anus, I always feel the urge to rub my finger on it to stop the itching. It gets worst when I put on tight fitting under wear. So, I prefer going out without anything. Just the trouser.

Sometimes, I wash the area with water, wipe it clean and allow air to circulate. And it will relieve me a little.

What kind of fluid do you think accumulates down there?
1. Urine?
2. Stool fluid?
3. Fluid from improper wiping after using the toilet?

Also, when shaving your genital hair, do you also shave around those hair surrounding your anal zone.

Don't worry about that provided you stopped using the drug soon as you observed your being pregnant. Those drugs may not be safe but what matters most here is the length of exposure and concentration/strength of dose, these of which I think were minimal and transient.

Just prepare a 37weeks psyche peaceful sail.

3. Upper Back left and Right . But sometimes seems like it connects through a vertical medium downwards

Nothing seem to be anywhere wrong though I would still advise you do an imaging of the kidney and spleen.
Apart from this, this pain of yours only appear to me as resulting from muscle tension or ordinarily postural.
You have to involve in some helpful exercises that could ease the muscle strains around the should and upper back region. Booking a massage house for this is very inevitable, or having an appointment with a physiotherapist is also acceptable.
