Kindly help with this. I've been experiencing anal itching and peppering for almost a week now. At first I tried to change my underwear, and the itching reduced.

But sometimes, it comes up again. Please, help. This is causing embarrassments. Many a time it becomes so itchy while walking on the road and I will not be able to scratch it. It is around my anus. Thanks.

Why haven't you gone to the clinic for complaint?
How long has it been?
Does it come and go?
Is it severe or mild?
Does the anus appear always wet?
Does the anal region appear obviously dry always?
Did you have anal wound there or was any surgery done around there?
The itching and pepperish feel, which came first?
Is this itching found anywhere else in your body?
Any complaint about penis and penile region I should take note of?
When does this itching appear severe?

Use Mebendazole 100mg orally per day, for 1 week.
Buy the Visita Plus cream. Apply the cream morning, afternoon and before going to bed.
Expose anus to air.

Suspend all other medication you were once on.

Don't worry about that provided you stopped using the drug soon as you observed your being pregnant. Those drugs may not be safe but what matters most here is the length of exposure and concentration/strength of dose, these of which I think were minimal and transient.

Just prepare a 37weeks psyche peaceful sail.

Nothing seem to be anywhere wrong though I would still advise you do an imaging of the kidney and spleen.
Apart from this, this pain of yours only appear to me as resulting from muscle tension or ordinarily postural.
You have to involve in some helpful exercises that could ease the muscle strains around the should and upper back region. Booking a massage house for this is very inevitable, or having an appointment with a physiotherapist is also acceptable.

Further do this!
1. Take your bath only with warm water. The water should contain Izal(origin product)
2. Change panties and towels.
3. Spray talcum powder around region of itchiness.
4. Expose itchy region to air.
5. Don't scratch on the itchy region, rather fan it or spank it abit. The itchy stimulus will stop.

That has not been recommended for me yet by any doctor. I may not also know what that means. But I have been scanned with a white cream rubbed in my stomach area and a hand held device rubbed on it while the image appears on the screen

There was an improvement for sometime but the rashes came back and still itches badly..What do you suggest Dr.?

Apart from chest xray, why haven't you done an abdominal ultrasound imaging?

You can make do of Mebendazole for abdominal discomfort leading from round worm infestation.

Part of scan report - Paraaortic adenopathy or pleural effusion is seen.
Pls which other test can help detect inflammation? Thank you

This confirms a Meig's Syndrome, the very reason I sought after a chest imaging for Pleural effusion.
None of those indexes have a helpful means to point a specificity to your questions.

When I started feeling chest and abdomina pain at left side of my stomach. I had complained to d doctor and I was told to use astymin. And series of blood tonic. Okay.

This complaint of yours is something of a Pseudo-Meigs Syndrome(PMS). The ascites result from the secretive activities of the cells comprising the uterine benign mass(fibroid). It should actually associate with fluids circumscribing membranes guarding the lungs or the lungs perhaps. I should have been hoping to hear from you breathing complaint or a dull sound on percussion (physical examination on the doctor's side). Now, that this scene is yet to be, it would be advisable to have the free fluid drained out and the fibroid removed as well.

A Post-leiomyomectomy (after the fibroid removal) management is vital as to check if an ascites will develop again this time without the uterine benign mass. If this is true then you may need further examination on your abdominal organs for inflammation and infection and a then a check for your plasma albumin and total blood protein.

Finally, if the free fluid amass more again and then with a fibroid let me know again. There is another thing then to it I may choose not to put up here.

I have been suffering silently ever since I took antimalarial atesunate plus.
After taking this drug I realised I can't fall asleep for the prescribed period of the drug and after the prescription period. I started to panic. I consulted a doctor after explaining my condition to him he prescribed me with lexotan 1.5mg. no improvement. He prescribed me with predisonone to use should incase am suffering from allergies and to detoxify my system still no improvement. I went to a general hospital to carry out MP test wch was +. I had to enrol for malaria treatment but the sleep still won't come. I had to visited another hospital the doctor dia gave me one drug via my hand within seconds I dozed off for like 5hrs after I was unable to fall asleep for 2weeks. I woke up with joy thinking my problem have been solved.d dr.gave me a tablet of diazepam to compliment with d intravenous one to b taken for 3days. After 3 days d symptoms re occurred. By this time I av entered depression mood thinking i will never b myself again.
I started surfing d net for natural way of beating insomnia. Gradually my condition improved the sleep start coming till I eventually got my sleeping routine back.
But,i have not been d same person I was before. I used to feel anaemia symptoms, slight pain in my left chest together with slight inner pain in my left lower abdomen that sometimes comes with left testis pain too, I always feel as if am not getting enough air while breathing wch results in this chest and lower abdomen testis pain mostly when am in a moving car. Have been battling these for closed to 3yrs now. Any help will be welcome.

Could it be that am suffering from the side effects of those drugs av taken or another underlying warning

Please adhere so we can kick out this non-communicable disease from knifing our young adults. The clinic now is becoming a menace of young adults presenting high blood pressure complaint day in day out.

Going by my prescription, the Ampicillin was meant for the boils. Visita plus is a dichemotherapeutics concisely exacting in situ as an antifungal and antibiotics and then with corticosteroid support for the itching in particular.

However, if you are responding to treatment and you follow as I did tell you to do before now, I expect the itching not to vanish at once but first to reduce and then finally stops.

Actually I have not done anything so far.

I came to learn that I am having high Bp on two occasions when I went to see a doctor for a different health issue. It has been a norm in the hospital to measure the weight and bp of every patient.

Just do and keep to this for the moment :
1. Maintain a diet low of sodium in any form( reduce use of table salts for an example)

2. Maintain a diet low in high cholesterol and fat composite(reduce use of dairy products for an example)

3. Maintain a low body weight if at all you are having a high body mass.

4. Put a stop to tobacco/nicotine use. No smoking.

5. Reduce use or intake of alcohol and alcoholic drinks and beverages.

6. Avoid a sedentary life. Be active and stay up working and walking as fit necessary.

7. Maintain a properly prepared balance diet both for to keep the body healthy and in pleasure.
