Blood-stain faeces or haematochezia coming with anal pain may be a serious problem or could just be a telling omen to something serious.
Causes to having a blood stained faeces coming with anal pain could be;
Infective diverticular disease
inflammatory bowel disease (Crohn etc)
worm infestations
haemorrhoid
gastrointestinal ulcer diseases
and the likes of colonic cancer.

I will advise you seek a doctor's advice now,don't treat on your own or just don't overlook it even if all these symptoms stop. Stool blood analysis may be necessary and due to severity,viewing your colon and small intestine may be appreciated.

Perhaps, I permit you to worry over this. I will guide you not to bother much about this until a ultrasound has confirm changes to the uterine lining or bodies in association.
You may try to discuss this out with a doctor to see if there is any need to have your reproductive hormones profiled.

A normal menstruation should cover red-brown with dark fading. However, it still varies with every female in a normal health condition.
The term,"dirty",should be the problem here. Can you explain what you see that makes you think it is not normal?

However, if the above carries with uterine remains that comes with its shedding, then it is nothing to bother much about. This is normal and should be expected to some degree. If this experience is new,I will kindly advise you don't bother about it but if has been on for a long time followed by any health complaint of any sort,kindly reach out to a doctor for help.

Alright. It is too early still to diagnosed a cause to it even though it might have happened consecutively.I will advice you watch your menstrual cycle abit further to see if it can go back to what it was. During this period,carefully try to improve in yourself by reducing stress(psychological,exercises, studies,job etc) exacerbation. You may also watch out if this has happened due to some diet exposure too or being anorexic.
Don't also forget that some medications can alter menstrual cycle,some individually and others by effect.
Should it remain this way with no secondary complaint, you may have to accept the new cycle count which may not be seen as a case of premature menstruation.

You really may not have any problem,a little shake off is necessary. Changes could be idiopathic or stressors or organic or probably from any medications once used within your ovulation or of period expectation. If it is functional it will certainly go back to your normal rhythm. Fluctuations will always follow slowly progressive menstrual problems, it is only a matter of time. Be at a watch,whatever comes seek help from a physical doctor should it get worse.

Endometritis is merely an inflammation of the uterine lining. Usually, inflammatory condition of the uterine lining is brought about by pelvic microbes. This may require going for a lab work plus some blood work too.
Your not having to catch pregnancy may just be linked to it too.
If all you just mentioned were the number one steps in finding out the solution to this problem of yours then your really on a long thing.

There is no magic to knowing what could be wrong. These are obvious signs of a female expecting her pull in anytime soon. When she finally have her flow the discomfort may just have to come low. But if this continues, she may need to seek the help of doctor for guidance on what to do.

Acute lie! If you had failed on using your Rho(D)GRAM 72hrs after exposure to significant defective blood components,then you really may have to see your doctor to tell you when to have the shot,and that should be when you have the money.
No significant risk but for the antibodies which may serve another another autoimmunity to the next baby.
