@ Onlineise : una try with una breakdown. Thank God i listened to my people and did Form A o, I also thank God for the small dollars I got from my initial hustle which i started immediately God blessed us with this pregnancy....by now hubby for don tell me to abandon this second missionary journey.

My people: how do you quote multiple posts at the same time?

Lucky you @Form A, as we previously discussed, i'm still keeping fingers crossed @ decision we gonna make. Would keep you posted though.

To quote multiple posts, if the 2 or more posts you wanna reference are on same screen, while typing within the first quote, scroll and click on "Quote Post" on any other post you want to include;

if it's on a different page, open that page on a new tab and click quote, then copy out the quote containing the start and end of the quote i.e. "[quote author=happytbaby post=46638904" for start and "[/quote" for the end. You can play round the text inside the quote as you want.

Takia n have a fab day/ weekend ahead...

Congrats o, but did you say she didnt declare she was going to give birth? or you meant she declared? If she didnt declare at the interview, the best and honorable thing to do is for to use the Visa for the purpose she mentioned in her application and during interview. My 2cents

Hey folks, nice one being here. This is my first attempt for wify. Got 2 yrs B1/B2 M entry annotation. didn't declare she was going for child birth. No appointment yet with any medical care center. Feel blessed I can share from your wealth of experience. No relative there. How do I begin? Any suggestion will help.

@Firstymum let me try to answer your question to LadyG, you qualify for dropbox if your Visa application resulted in an Issue, and if you are applying for the same category as your previous issued Visa.

been reading and still following up,

just to give update on my decision so far as per giving birth in Yankee,after careful review and timeline my DH and I have decided to just jejely born the pikin( issue) for naija, I tried registering with the hospital in dallas I chose but my contact there was so busy and with the case of applying and securing close appointment date seeming impossible I didn't wanna risk paying a hospital 1k dollars for registration then begin speak phonetics after for refund, seeing as I didn start the process on time.

so my people any mamas recommend good hospitals in lagos ( am thinking of going with premier specialist in VI, grateful for reviews)

Thank you to all who commented and adviced ( lady G and all the other commenters who showed interest and gave genuine opinions, you guys are the real MVP)

I go contact my NL again when I wan tackle this UK embassy people for my settlement visa. Fingers crossed.

Ladyguinivere what qualifies u for a Dropbox.

To qualify for the DHL Drop Box Visa Renewal Program, visa applicants must be applying to renew either a B1/B2, an F, an M, a J, an L, or an H visa. They must satisfy all of the following criteria for their visa class.  If applying as a group or family, all members must fulfill each criteria to use the program.

For B1/B2 visa holders:
• The applicant is a Nigerian passport holder; if not a Nigerian passport holder, the applicant principally resides in Nigeria and their last visa was issued in Nigeria;
• The applicant’s last visa interview resulted in an issuance;
• The applicant was issued a two-year B1/B2 United States visa;
• The visa expired no more than four years prior to reissuance;
• The applicant was at least 14 years old at the time of the last issuance or will be under the age of 14 at the time of reissuance; and
• The applicant has never been arrested nor had an encounter with law enforcement, customs, or immigration officials in the United States.

For  F or M visa holders:
• The applicant is a Nigerian passport holder; if not a Nigerian passport holder, the applicant principally resides in      Nigeria; and their last visa was issued in Nigeria;
• The applicant’s last visa interview resulted in issuance of an F or M visa;
• The visa expired no more than four years prior to reissuance;
• The applicant is continuing in the same program the original visa was issued for, for example continuing with a bachelor’s degree, even if you have changed institutions, OR if you are continuing with a different program at the same institution; for example completing a bachelor’s program and continuing to study for a master’s degree at the same institution.
• The applicant’s endorsed I-20 is submitted with the application;
• A current transcript is included with the application;
• The applicant was at least 14 years old at the time of the last issuance or will be under the age of 14 at the time of reissuance; and
• The applicant has never been arrested nor had an encounter with law enforcement, customs, or immigration officials in the United States.

For  J visa holders:
• The applicant is a Nigerian passport holder; if not a Nigerian passport holder, the applicant principally resides in Nigeria; and their last visa was issued in Nigeria;
• The applicant’s last visa interview resulted in issuance of a J visa;
• The visa expired no more than four years prior to reissuance;
• The applicant’s Student and Exchange Information System (SEVIS) number has not changed at the time of issuance from the previously issued visa;
• The applicant was at least 14 years old at the time of the last issuance or will be under the age of 14 at the time of reissuance; and
• The applicant has never been arrested nor had an encounter with law enforcement, customs, or immigration officials in the United States.

For  L visa holders:
• The applicant is a Nigerian passport holder; if not a Nigerian passport holder, the applicant principally resides in Nigeria; and their last visa was issued in Nigeria;
• The applicant’s last visa interview resulted in issuance of an L visa;
• The visa expired no more than one year prior to reissuance;
• The same petition is provided that was used in the previous visa application;
• Receipts showing payment of all necessary fees are provided;
• The applicant was at least 14 years old at the time of the last issuance or will be under the age of 14 at the time of reissuance; and
• The applicant has never been arrested nor had an encounter with law enforcement, customs, or immigration officials in the United States.

For H visa holders:
• The applicant is a Nigerian passport holder; if not a Nigerian passport holder, the applicant principally resides in Nigeria; and their last visa was issued in Nigeria;
• The applicant’s last visa interview resulted in issuance of an H visa;
• The visa expired no more than one year prior to reissuance;
• The same petition is provided that was used in the previous visa application;
• Receipts showing payment of all necessary fees are provided;
• The applicant was at least 14 years old at the time of the last issuance or will be under the age of 14 at the time of reissuance; and
• The applicant has never been arrested nor had an encounter with law enforcement, customs, or immigration officials in the United States.

 Applicants who do not meet these criteria should schedule regular appointments to ensure they receive the earliest visa appointment available to them. If you schedule a renewal appointment but do not meet the criteria for this category, you will be turned away on your appointment date and required to schedule a new appointment. This could result in a significant delay in your application.

@EvaMD, I don't know why my long epistle did not go through. Let me do a summary.

I don't want you to be discouraged. Make an attempt even if it's one attempt.

I did not pay any money in advance to any hospital neither did i get any doctor or hospital documentation. All i got were emails from a hospital's rep that showed me the breakdown of the cost and what was covered and what wasn't.

If you PM me, i can give you the email and you can mail them and even call them as their number is on their website. This can be done today as against your visa interview. Try and pick for them to reschedule to a closer date. Be ready to travel as soon as the visa is out.

You can even start processing all these things whilst you wait for your visa date.

@MadameU

Thank you for the quick response. Business account has not been progressively built, so using Hubby's.

My concern is that the $3000 bill is all inclusive of hospitalization, mother, baby and doctor's with other ancillary tests, anesthetics being a 24 hour quote except for outpatient visits charged separately.

What route should I follow with the budget sheet? Phema's budget sheet guide? * I have a copy
Or should I budget accommodation and transport even though it is coming for free?

I appreciate your time All!

@ ajujuju2 amen,thanks a bunch. It was even because of the ivf I took flight ooooo. I don't believe those children might make it at 32 at the hospital back home. I didn't want to hear stories that touches the heart. As in I was just too scared. I would pay my Dr fee but I know we would be able to work something out with the hospital on the nicu,no money fit buy pikin. Have done 2 ivf,I had to just give myself brain. My prayers are that they don't stay more than 3-4 weeks maximum,they are doing good anyway. No complications&I believe there would be no complications,just one is on oxygen and they wod soon take it off. Believing God for the best for them,I just didn't trust my Nigeria hospital&u know general hospital can't be trusted with ivf even though they are sometimes good.
God that has started his work would complete it

Had mine @ 33 weeks and got discharged after 10days. Was initially on oxygen and phototherapy. I just thank God for your miracle twon babies. #hugs#

Thanks dear.
Abeg one more question, im very new to Air France policies and thy seem strict.

So my stroller is the bassinet type which means i need to detach the carrier from the wheels to fold. And it doesn't hav a carry bag. So im considering wrapping it at d airport for safety of the pieces and to avoid it gettn dirty.

How was your transported? Did they giv you a bag to put it in or they jst folded and threw on the conveyor??
