Danish Aid worker who rescued a child branded a witch has once again rescued a 13-year-old pregnant girl. Read her post below:

"Meet this young and beautiful girl. She is our new child at ACAEDF Childrens Home. Her name is Ekemini, 13 years old and pregnant !David Emmanuel Umem and our team in Nigeria rescued her yesterday. The accused who has admitted to be responsible is currently facing the full weight of the law so we cannot comment further because the case is currently in court. It´s also the reason we cannot show her face in public.

But the most important thing right now is that the girl is finally safe! She has suffered a lot and been abused and abandoned! But we will make sure that she receives all the love and care that she needs. Forbes TV has published the full interview with Emir of Kano, Muhammad Sanusi II where he spoke about his relationship with former President Goodluck Jonathan, former Petroleum Minister Diezani Alison-Madueke and other key members of the last administration. Sanusi in the interview alleged that the former President threatened him after he exposed the massive fraud that was at the time going on in the NNPC. Traders at the Idumota market in Lagos State apprehended a 13-year -old boy (name withheld) for alleged stealing and armed robbery operations in the market.


It was gathered that the boy would have been lynched after he allegedly led his gang to dispossess traders and their customers of cash and handsets but for the quick intervention of the Lagos State Traffic Management Agency officials at the market who rescued him and whisked him away.



The boy, however, had bruises all over his body and a deep cut on his head following the severe beating he received. Traders and customers however felt no pity for the boy as they expressed anger that he and his gang are terror in the market and environs. A trader, Kemi Idris described the 13- year-old boy led gang as ‘horror’ to customers and traders . She said, “This boy is a harden criminal.

He is the leader of the boys straying around in this market and all they do is pick pockets and steal money. They don’t have anywhere they go to from this market. They sleep in the market and carry out their operations in this market. This particular boy has been arrested and handed over to the security in the market but they will always release him because he is a boy . They see him as a child but he is a devil’s incarnate.



He is a notorious armed robber and leader of the bad boys in his market. He and his gang stole somebody’s property and he was apprehended and beaten but other of his gang run away.”

She talked about her experience with Alopecia, how she started noticing it when she was in JSS2 and how it had an impact on her life at that stage.


She talked about how depressed and sad she was at the beginning due to how people viewed her whenever she went out but then her knowledge of celebrities like Tyra Banks, Taila Joy and some others who had the disease at some stage in their lives helped her to find the courage to come out and be herself.

She also talked about creating awareness with her social media #BoldisBeautiful.


When asked about the reason she had Alopecia, she said "Actually, it’s a hormonal deficiency. My hormones are imbalanced and my immune systems see my hair as a virus and attack them, it is not in my family lineage though."

The commissioner of Police, Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Wilson Inalegwu, has ordered the restriction of vehicular movement in the nation’s capital between 7 am- 4 pm on Saturday.(Today)



Anjuguri Manzah, FCT command spokesman, said the restriction was to allow for free and fair conduct of the rescheduled chairmanship and councillorship elections.


“This is part of the security measures adopted by the command to ensure safety and security during the elections,” Manzah said in a statement.



The statement said the restriction excluded vehicles on essential duty.


Manzah assured FCT residents that the command had strategically deployed personnel and logistics to provide adequate security during the poll.



He enjoined residents to be vigilant and cooperate with the police and other security agencies by reporting suspicious movements and activities.

According to reports, The boys where taken from oyemekun bus stop, college road Ogba. According to the boys Victor -13 yrs and pelumi-10 yrs ''the man took them to five different shops before arriving at the sixth shop in ogba where he took goods of 19 cartons of Malta guinness worth N45,750....''


The children helped him to load the goods to keke napep and he told the receptionist (Tosin by name) that he wants the boys to wait for him while he goes to get the money for the goods.


The boys later called their mother to rescue them and when the mother got there she started shouting at the boys but a man called Mr Bee threatened the mother that he will call welfare to take the children and the mother begged that she will pay the money for the goods.. Even the shop owner was begging the market people to leave them alone.

The legendary Fuji musician, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, popularly Known as KWAM 1, was captured on camera slapping his aide during a live performance in Lagos recently.

The video showing the moment the singer slapped his aide has gone viral on social media sites, Snapchat and Instagram.

KWAM 1 who was recently hosted at the prestigious Quilox Club by Shina Peller and others for his birthday. It is believed the incident took place there.

It was not clear why the singer slapped the band member who was filing cash sprayed on his principal in a box.
