I have dual nationality since 2002 and no one has ever asked me to pay any money before. I show them both passports when departing at the airport, one permits me to enter plane to go back and one permits me to stay in Nigeria as long as I want.

I have over 16 people with dual nationality in my family, non has ever paid any fine before.
