@bigbroda

If funds is not an issue, I will suggest that you should evaluate your wife's qualification immediately through IQAS and get her registered for IELTS. ECA should be out in 15 working days or less which should come in handy. You can always update your profile later with her IELTS result.

What are your current IELTS scores? You may also consider writing IELTS again but I think I have read on this thread that someone got a positive remark in Listening. You can explore that if your test is recent.

Remember, scores may go up from June so target entering the pool before the last draw in May. Time is of essence here.

You can't bank on having a sibling in Canada alone (15 points). There would be applicants who have that plus TEF. The latter will give them up to 30 points from June 6.

I assessed my postgraduate degree from NOUN through IQAS
Cool smiley
@anaxagoras Here is proof that you can evaluate your NOUN MSc through IQAS. They accept "attestation".

@anaxagoras

Can you get an attestation or statement of result from NOUN? If yes, you can use it in lieu of the certificate.

If you wish to enter the EE pool as quickly as possible, I will suggest that you use IQAS. Processing time is a maximum of 15 working days.

PS: Please find out if foreign bodies have been assessing NOUN postgraduate degrees positively.

.*Did you wait 24hrs before you made attempt on funding your Alipocket again?
*Appealing same card or diff card?
*May be you had more than 1 Appeal but you appealed just 1.
I don't know what could have been the cause of this aside the aforementioned.
I attempted funding Alipocket on seeing the mail because I wasn't aware of the 24 hours rule.

Appeal was on the same card.

How many times would I have to appeal OR validate my card/account information on Aliexpress? I have seen the following information at least twice after a successful appeal. I am appealing for the second time!

"For security reasons this process can not be continued.To make sure your transaction is secure, please provide us with documentation by clicking My Appeal for further verification."

I am really tired of this angry

You're advised to wait 24 hours after successful appeal before you use your card.
Thanks. Do I have to appeal again or I should just wait for the 24 hour cycle to be complete?

Got a mail that my appeal has been accepted but when I tried to make a purchase in favour of my Alipocket, it was not successful. Got a prompt that I should appeal again!

Anyone experienced this before?

@joyuzo It has to be sent directly from your institution to IQAS. Don't attempt to send your own copy.

@MummyJaygirls, you missed the joke grin

Thank you bro for the response, really appreciate. If I will look into the fixed deposit, do you have any info on how best I can go about it as I received my ITA last week and I plan to submit the eAPR by June latest?
My response didn't take into consideration that you already have ITA. Please refer to v.cole's post on page 357. You may need a statement eventually.

How about exploring the option of a gift deed? It has been discussed extensively on this forum. Use the "search" tool at the top of this page to look it up. All the best!

hello all. I just joined this forum after reading lots of threads in between, you guys are doing wonderful job here. Please I have a question,

how best can I show my POF, I don't want to send bank statements for the six month period as it might raise other questions, is it possible that I get just what CIC need from GTbank that will state my average monthly balance and current balance?. Anyone done this before?

Thank you in advance oo
Since you don't want to use a bank statement for reasons best known to you, maybe you should explore treasury bill or fixed deposit certificate.

Check the link below for more clarification on CIC requirements for proof of fund:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/funds.asp

You may also wish to wait and hear the opinions and experiences of those who have already completed this journey.

Despite the pending appeal, I just funded my Alipocket with another $50 successfully with the same GTB MasterCard shocked

How can I use another person's MasterCard to fund my Alipocket? Do I have to delete the existing card's details first?
