Tosinex: Common go and sit down somewhere! Develop which country? Are you nuts? The politicians should develop the country cos they are the only ones enjoying it. They literally own all of us in this zoo. Don’t destroy the young man’s life with bad counsel. 13 Likes |

You could buy land and go into an area of agriculture. It could be animal or food production. Think of the following: 1) You own your land that is yielding income to you. 2)when you want to expand or divest, the land serves as a good collateral for a loan or as leverage in entering a Joint Venture. 3) The lives you'll change through job creation. However, you could just buy some altcoins and chill while your money increases. I suggest you do both. I can also help with both of em. 3 Likes |

BluFlyBoy: Hello @BluFlyBoy.. with 8 years legally resident in the US through a resident University program, you should have your Green Card by the 6th year. With $30,000 dollars here is my advice 1: Use $10k to buy up a fairly good restaurant outside city limits.. i don't know which city you operate from 2: Use $3k for a Certified course in Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Hospitality Management 3: Use 2% of the remaining money on either Crypto-currency and put the rest in dollar-denominated Bonds $30,000 in Nigeria is chicken-change.. this dreadful economy will swallow it up like eba with okro soup. DO NOT BE FOOLED BY YOUR VILLAGE PEOPLE or GREEDY Relatives 7 Likes 1 Share |

Alcatraz005: Nigeriadondie: What part of "averagely" dont you understand?..... Alcatraz 005: There are lots of people in naija that comes to the USA for visit and shopping and go back to naija. Yes those are few i agree but again some people are actually investing in naija and making it. Conclusively, Pidgin2 is absolutely right and so are those saying dont come back, there is no right or wrong it depends on your experience, zeal, luck etc. Now, I personally, i will not come back for one reason only, lack of security. 2 Likes |

Just last year my ex-landlady who has been in london for over 25 years came to naija for a wedding ceremony, she died as a result of motor accident caused by bad road. A friend junior brother who has lived in Qatar for 8 years also suffered the same fate along Lagos-ibadan expressway. Anyway, i will not advise you not to come but know that you are taking a risk. 2 Likes |
