Yes, I do. My house was fully heated, and so was my hostel in school. Those white people had no excuse for not bathing. I also had co-workers who failed to bath, during spring and autumn. So what was their excuse? some of them reeked of cigarettes and other stuff too. Look, hygiene is a personal issue, among whites and blacks....so stop generalising.
