yes, you know nothing. Land in question is not Lekki phase1, even Lekki phase1 that was allocated to ur parent was not at 350K, it was way back in the 80s and how much is Lekki phase1 now? She probably was talking of a land bought in 2000s, that was the price at that time but she needs to be bold enough to mention location before I reveal the current price.
