I believe that we are now seeing proof of positive negotiation working and not negative negotiations. I believe we are on track and Aigbes issue will also be sorted. For those who are still keeping a wary eye on me and my skills at mediating, i have this to say, With or without your trust and confidence i will still do what i gave my word to do which is ensure Aigbes refund and God helping me this would be achieved. I do remember saying in my other post that this was an issue caused by bruised egos and the details are too complex because they began from way back before Aigbe. I need people to desist from the use of the word 'scammer' to describe the accused forthwith. If someone tabled a complaint on NL and you do not have access to the entire details then make no comment until you do. I applaud Aigbe for creating the thread but using a rather wrong title such as Scam Alert shows a ruling had already been reached before it even came on NL. I have been trying to sensitize all of us on the right way to go about matters especially in a sane country except if what we all are saying is that Nigeria is an insane country. In a sane country you are innocent until proven guilty which was why i took time out to balance what i heard by getting in touch with the accused and thereafter made my own conclusions.

Same as before everyone is just sitting and waiting to get some info and not actually doing anything tangible to assist in clearing the air and yet they feel they have the right to preside over this matter. Anyway for those who care to know, I just finished communicating with the accused and although this is not part of this matter directly i still choose to paste this information on here so you would know that she is trying to clear the air not because all of you labeled her a scammer and shame is propelling her to do this but because she is not a scammer and this whole matter had to do with bruised ego (which i do not want to give details as they are too complex)


She has sent a western union to fhemmy for $200 with a balance of $500

She has also sent $150 each to two members who paid admin fees towards her estate project.

She is waiting on the third lady to confirm her info before she can send her money to her.

So we all need to chill with the name calling. besides if she wanted to scam anyone why would she use her real name to do it and why would she give out her real telephone numbers or her real home address? Lets stop to think for a minute. Based on Aigbes post i know his version of this story and i have heard her side as well. In every story there are 3 sides to it, His side, Her side and then there is the truth..this is somewhere between his side and her side which is why i drew the conclusion i did. I mediated at my own risk and to my own demerits which i have so generously received from lots of you on here even though none of you were willing to practically mediate and not verbally.

I do remember stating clearly on this thread that if i wanted to pay this money for wunmi i could easily do it but i want all of us to learn a lesson from this including wunmi. I have also been got by someone in the property section of NL before. I did a land transaction worth close to 300mil and my cut was for 5mil and till date i have received nothing. This was about 4 months ago. I didnt come on NL to start chasing him around, I went to the right people for this and since they couldnt handle it i let the matter be because i believe that what goes around comes around.

God forbid that Aigbes case would be like mine hence my interest and also because i came close to doing business with wunmi in the past and got to know her from a distance and couldnt believe she could do such which was why i chose to hear her side of the matter before giving Aigbe a call to give him assurances based on my communication with her. For the gentleman who was shocked at my referral of r231 to a biz prospect i must say this, i am of a different nature and breed. I help who i can and what i cannot do i state it clearly . My name is EKWUEME and those who know the meaning understand what i am saying. If i saw an opportunity to refer someone to r231 i dont see what concern of anyones it is. Both parties are in the UK, r231 isnt a kid and is well polished in his field of biz which is what my referral wanted so i brought them together. Perhaps he would speak on this better when he is done with my referral.

Someone said i am very patient. Yes i am and i am glad you observed it. Patience they say is a virtue. many of us need to adopt this. Being suspicious is natural but never let yourself lead a life of suspicion otherwise you would ruin clear opportunities that come your way. This right here is why i have a problem with Nigerians. Why are we so paranoid? This is Aigbes problem and Aigbes money. He calls the shots. When the vehicle is sold and his money ready, he can instruct how he wants his money paid to him then. He does not have to meet up with wunmis engineer or anything of the sort. The only instruction i gave to wunmi was that when payment has been made she should call Aigbe and conference me so i would be a witness to its conclusion. Whatever you send most times you cannot get back and i do not know r231 and his antecedents. So i couldnt just do that.

Not to deceive ourselves though, there is only a 0.1% chance of refunding Aigbe. This I say because with the way bbfever/foreverGod1/damogul is extremely passionate, and infact obsessed with defending Wunmi Allen, he is obviously working for her and not the mediator he would have us believe.
