olabowale: MC Usman:The devil tried to prevent this and woefully failed. Its not a total surprise there are people who want to prove that Christ was not crucified . . . His crucifiction, resurrection and blood is a living testament against their fraud. Just curious - why is the mus'lim so desperate to prove that Christ was not crucified? Are they these bothered about Ogun or Sango? |
Were are the jobs in SA that they accused immigrants of taking? SA will end up like Zimbabwe in less than 30yrs, wait until the whites have trickled back to Europe. |
texazzpete:EVer noticed that Nigerians actually understand how to use street lights, obey traffic laws, maintain neat surroundings abroad? |
It has to be Italy or Germany. |
You're putting the cart before the horse here bro. Blatant:A man who is full will not demand more food. We "expect" politicians to throw money around because: - we are hungry, unemployed and disillusioned by the electoral process that is of no benefit to us. Americans dont expect their politicians to throw money about, they dont need it. Blatant:Its the "if you cant beat them join them" syndrome. Otherwise honest and forthright Nigerians are tired of folding their arms while rogues loot the nation blind. If my uncle is in office i'd expect him to give me a contract too . . . Blatant:we dont "denounce" them, its because we know that no matter how good their policies are they can never win in the nigerian system. We all know Falae was a better option to Obasanjo. Blatant:we are not supporting them . . . the Nigerian people have no choice but to pretend to support those who will foist themselves on us by force anyway. Blatant:No, we are wide awake . . . the reality staring us in the face is that we are nothing but passive onlookers in the game of "who can steal the most" going on at Abuja. |
Tchinasa**:1. It is now legally very easy to get a divorce . . . just go to NYC and see graffiti anouncing "fast food" divorces for $50. 2. Divorce is now socially acceptable, infact it has become a status symbol. 3. Many of us marry for the wrong reasons . . . he looks cute, she's hot, he's father has money, the sex is great e.t.c. 4. Divorce may actually be financially rewarding for some. Just ask Heather Mills. Tchinasa**:There is no connection between marriage being out of vogue and the high rate of divorce. Infact what is in vogue now is celebrities getting engaged and finally marriage - that they will end up in divorce within 2 yrs is simply a by-product of a dysfunctional society. Tchinasa**:Maybe if u try digesting it you may understand the logic behind it. |
Epiphany:they care about the country, without it there would be no money to loot. Now whether they care about the people is a question up for debate. Epiphany:If your parents were looting the treasury too i doubt you'd be bothered what faceless people have to say on the internet. Abubakar's kids in London dont care, they have more money than they care to spend. Epiphany:that is the definition of "governance" in Nigeria. Epiphany:We dont need to use the budget surplus, the budget has more than enough provision for social services if only our "leaders" would stop pocketing the money and thinking of themselves first. Epiphany:I've stopped worrying, i'd advice you to do the same. Get your family out of the country and wipe the dust off your feet. |
SENATOR JD:na im be the gateman |
Tchinasa**:the divorce rate doesnt prove your point that marriage is no longer in vogue. It simply means more marriages break down faster. Its just like saying having more hungry people today than 20yrs ago means eating is no longer in vogue. |
Tchinasa**:Are you on this planet, in denial or trying to console urself? |
chei. So stillwater, the quintessential gentle chic, can write an erotic poem? Who would have thought it . . . ![]() But its really nice though, keep it up. ![]() |
stillwater stop dribbling me. ![]() who told you i have a lipstick? |
na real wa for this my obodo kwantiri o. Very poor or non-existent healthcare system. In other countries colon cancer is easily detected and treated. . . for naija . . . we prefer to bury our heroes with big big grammar. |
forget it! this mind is firmly in the gutter at this point. ![]() how did you come about this tale? you've been experimenting? |
stillwater na wa o! ![]() |
you're a most wicked fellow. You left a girl who loves you enough to ignore all others simply because she refuses to have sex just yet? I wish someone else more deserving will come take her away from you. |
She's ur gf, be forthright about your feelings. There will be some to descend here now crying about the girl having a right to do as she pleases but you dear will be the one to live with the insinuations, the snide remarks and the general feeling that your girl is free for all. If she's interested in a serious relationship then she needs to change if not pls move on. |
osites:what a shame. Because you've been "successful" (heaven knows how since this is Nigeria) so everyone else should toe the line of laziness? Dangote, Adedibu did not even graduate not to talk of having a 3rd class degree . . . are they not also "successful"? Its sad that "success" in Nigeria is now measured by how connected you are with those in positions to loot the nation and less on your drive to work hard, its no surprise that the vast majority of Nigerians would rather leave the country in search of better opportunities and better organised nations were rogues are not rewarded for doing absolutely nothing. Your mates drive cabs, it says little about their competence but ABOUT the injustices in a nation were the likes of Abacha can secure over $4b in underground vaults. |
syrup:i didnt even think of that. Good point. |
no cause for alarm. an uncle of mine used to go for 7 days and more and his family was just fine. |
doncaster:o boy, Debo's argument just left me slack jawed. I cant believe in this era we no longer have the chance to tell our gfs how we sincerely feel about their own choices. We may as well just be friends. |
4Her:hey i have a question on IM. log on joo ![]() |
he must have been fighting for the "freedom" of his pocket |
that doesnt say anything besides looking for a free hotel for 2 nights. |
Syrup, i never alluded that God was speaking to pre-adamite men in Gen 1:26. - There is one thing we need to understand, the bible is not written in a particular order so verse 20 could actually be talking of a time period ver distinct from verse 24 (for example). The key for me was Jer 4: 23. It is no coincidence that the author of this verse used EXACTLY the same expression as was used in Genesis 1:2. However let us assume that there were no pre-adamite men . . . read Gen 1:2 again - And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters. If the earth was truly empty before the creation in Genesis, why would the author qualify it as being WITHOUT FORM? What form? Why would he say the earth was VOID? Darkness? How did he know what darkness was since darkness is simply the absence of light? |
oziomatv:what's ur source? |
