These speedtest that you guys use are more of a function of the server that you are testing. if you switch speedtest servers you will get wildly varying speeds. if you really want to test your actual speeds where you are, use www.fast.com |

Either your flash drive is bad or the .iso is bad.
You shouldn't be getting I/O errors with a USB stick
Try another stick, if its the same issue then download the .iso again |

Commentus2: where exactly is your location?
Me still can't access am o! Confirm your device supports 4G LTE by checking the mobile network settings. To do this, follow these simple steps: Insert an ntel SIM into your 4G LTE Device; Go to Menu; Go to Settings; Under Wireless & Networks, select more; Select Mobile networks; Select 4G (recommended); After you have confirmed your device supports 4G LTE, go back to the main menu. If your device is configured for data over LTE, the device signal display will show. If the device does not show the signal display, simply follow these steps: Dial*#*#4636#*#* Select Phone Information; Under set preferred network type: Select LTE only; Click on update. Go back to your Home screen Put the phone in airplane mode, after a few seconds, switch off airplane mode After a few seconds, turn off airplane mode |

Phones › Re: Finally.... Ntel Launches "Silently" In Lagos by 4llerbuntu(m): 11:01am On Jun 01, 2016*. Modified: 11:35am On Jun 01, 2016 |
mjay: phizz: Was in Lagos last week and i used my ntel sim at airport, computer village, isheri idimu, lagos Island, obalende etc though they yet to sell in Lagos.
The above has totally misled me into getting the ntel sim, this is after all due diligence and I eventually found out that its a "No Service" area. The annoying part is that I called them to suspend the account and the fellow who sold and registered it told me it cant be suspended. Worse that my credit has started reading since the day I bought it. My question is, is this incompetence or fraud? when those who bought in Abuja had used it for weeks before their credit began to read, when the same people got a mail to the effect that their account can be suspended, how come suddenly that mine cant be ? Somebody much more informed should come to my aid, as this is frustrating. Sorry o. But they never advertised launch to you in Lagos na. Nor did they advertise free use. They did all those things in Abuja. It's neither incompetence or fraud. Na you open eye wan enjoy sharp sharp. As u can kuku see, some of us are actually using it. The prudent thing to have done was to do a week sub to see if you had signal wherever u chose to use it. Anyway, where precisely are you trying to use it? I know for a fact that there are certain places where there's signal but for some reason the phone won't connect to it. Clearly because the network isn't working properly. There's a way to force it to connect, but u need to get signal when you manual search first |

I haven't been able to connect to the signal throughout today after I restarted my phone. No matter what I tried.

All tariff plan and data bundle packages will remain unique to VISAFONE".
"Will I be able to subscribe to MTN product & service once the migration process is completed?
No, you will only be able to subscribe to only Services designed for VISAFONE customers for Voice and Data. MTN VAS services will be available for all Visafone numbers".

The recharge cards are not available on the streets,
the Visafone platform has been removed from Quickteller
Do you know of any other means of recharge? Please share. My subscription expires tomorrow.
Meanwhile, if MTN intends to launch their 4G in July, is it not this spectrum they want to use? Do they intend to continue running CDMA on the same spectrum?
Anyway, the more important question is what happens when one migrates the number to MTN gsm? |

arebian: So who is not yet a Landlord cannot buy 1.8m dish in his house at the rate of 25 to 30k as you said? What about those who are not landlords but are riding clean cars and jeep worth millions of naira in their landlords house? Which is bigger and more expensive? We need to upgrade our mentality seriously. sometimes it is profitable to ask questions, than to jump into talking too much. The reference to being a landlord is simple related to the fact that the size of the dish is large, and will take a lot of space. Something that will not sit well with a landlord. and not about money. Abi where have you ever seen a landlord, especially in lagos, who doesn't mind his tenant erecting all sorts of space taking rubbish in his property? Better delete this nonsense you have written about upgrading mentality. Its you that need to upgrade your common sense level. I dunno how much you have ever made in your life sef that your blood is boiling. You get money na him u no fit pay for DSTV |
