If its illegal,Ecuador will easily receive legal redress.Real politic necessitates entails that Colombia issues these serial apologies.

Colombia still retains and will exercise the right to attack groups harbored by its neighbors.Nothing illegal has been done until a competent body deems so.

Learn to grasp basic grammar before replying. You obviously don't know what the term,neo-con,means.Keep flinging terms like a rabid ignoramus.

As for the issue, its quite clear Venezuela has no business in this matter. The question is whether Colombia has a right to intervene in a neighboring country aiding and abetting rebels fighting against the Colombian Govt. The clear answer is,yes!

If Chad was to host rebels in their territory who use Chad as a base to launch military offensives against Nigeria,Nigeria will be entitled to act.

Christianity EtcRe: Persecution Of Christians By M.U.S.LIMS And Others: A Wake Up Call by 4Play(m): 7:45pm On Mar 03, 2008
ABUJA, NIGERIA (BosNewsLife)-- A M'uslim man's failed attempt to marry a young Christian woman resulted in him accusing her of "blasphemy", triggering violence in the Nigerian town of Yana that left at least one person dead, seven Christians hospitalized and five churches destroyed, a Christian news agency reported Tuesday, February 11.

Compass Direct News, which investigates reports of Christian persecution, said tensions began when Paitence Yusuf was approached at home at the night of February 1 by a young M'uslim men. The young man, whose name was not disclosed, asked her to meet him outside and told her he wanted to marry her, the agency said, citing an evangelical pastor. "I beg you in the name of God and his apostle, Mo'hammed, to please accept me as your boyfriend,” he was overheard saying.

"You are pleading in the name of a person I do not know. Jesus I know, but M'uslim I do not know,” she reportedly answered, rejecting his marriage proposal. Reverend Garba Gaius, pastor of the Evangelical Church of West Africa congregation to which the young woman belongs, said in published remarks that the man left, only to gather friends and neighbors, to tell them that Yusuf "had blasphemed" The Great Prophet.

The following morning, the M'uslim man allegedly took a group of other M'uslims to the house of Yusuf, where they confronted her on the allegation of blasphemy against M'uhammed. Sensing that the M'uslims intended to kill her, Yufus escaped to the town’s police station, where she was kept in protective custody, Gaius added.
Hope this story is not true but knowing Northern Nigeria, its not inconceivable.Very sad development

South America was on the brink of war yesterday as Venezuela and Ecuador amassed troops on the Colombian border in response to the killing of a Marxist rebel leader.

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez threatened to join the rebels in a war to overthrow hard-line Colombian President Alvaro Uribe, a key ally of the United States, deploying tanks, fighter jets and thousands of troops along the Colombian border.

Ecuadorean President Rafael Correa also ordered troops to the border, expelled Colombia's ambassador and recalled its ambassador to Bogota, but left its embassy open. Venezuela closed its embassy in Colombia and ordered all diplomats home.

The USA could intervene says the Daily Mail

Venezuela threatened to declare war on neighbouring Colombia last night, raising the prospect of the U.S. being drawn into conflict in South America.

Venezuela's Left-wing president Hugo Chavez ordered ten tank battalions to the Colombian border and put war-planes under emergency stand-by.

The tension follows Colombia's decision to send its army to strike against anti-government guerrillas hiding in the jungles of Ecuador.

No prizes are given for leading the League so far.I asked you whether you want to win the EPL or the So Far Championship?actually,I asked Debo but you 2 buttholes are the same

The question is whether you can close the deal? Are you a deal closer? History tells us that unless Arsenal have a significant lead at this point, they are big time bottlers.

The odds are against you.Are you still holding on to that mantra-the Champions League is not a priority. . . . .dumbest thing I ever heardwell, since Folahann expressed his desire to be gangbanged by the entire Arsenal squad.

From talking about going 8 points clear just last week to talking horse hockey about topping the table being the most important.

Face it,you have the poorest form of any team in the top 4 and there is no indication that the fatigue plaguing Gayners will wane with more games to play.Fcking schmucks.

debosky:
We drew against Villa. . . not unexpected if you ask me, but the nature of the draw - A last minute goal gives us drive and momentum that we NEVER GIVE UP, and that will be VITAL in these last 10 premiership games. It was a contrast of two games - one we were robbed, the other we robbed Villa, now we can move on and regain our momentum. cool
Before the Birmingham game where you meet that butcher,Taylor, you were talking about going 8 points clear grin Now it has come to this. grin

Drive and momentum? You having a laugh? huh How can you talk of 'drive and momentum' in the midst of 4 consecutive games without a win? You merely squeezed out a draw in a home against Villa,if that was a one-off,nothing much could be said, but this is the 4th game running without a win.

Of greater concern should be your all round mediocre performance. Many of the players performed below par and a 1-1 home draw is nothing to be celebrated particularly with key games coming up soon

Unlike Loyika's crass comments about not giving a damn about the UCL-talk about mediocrities-the one thing I give you credit for is realising that crashing out of the Champions League so early will have detrimental psychological effects for Arsenal in the title race. You alluded to the '04 season,in that season,Arsenal had sufficient cushion in its points gap with the team in 2nd place and they only got knocked out in the Q/F.

Losing to Milan is not something Arsenal players can merely shake off as one of those things,it will be catastrophic for a side whose confidence is not exactly at its highest.

This is not a Benin issue.Prostitution is widespread in Nigeria.

As for the girls not knowing what they are getting into.Fundamentally, those girls know they are getting into the sex trade. They may not however appreciate how demanding-emotionally,physically,financially et al- their new employment will be until they actually start. One thing seems certain though, they do know they are going to be prostitutes.

besides, why did u have to view it that way. I only menat that she is inlove with him.
That she is insisting on marriage is not proof that she is in love.In many ways, marriage is to women what sex is to men.A man insisting on sex is not proof of the man's love for his woman.

Whatever is the case, insisting on marriage verges on the desperate. Its good to set your priorities but there is something not right about being in a relationship were you have to insist on marriage to your partner. It just strikes me as demeaning.

Marriage is a consensual venture, not something one partner effectively demands from the other.

Wey Akola and co. . . . una don see this? grin

Avram Grant was snubbed three times by Chelsea's playing staff in the wake of last weekend's League Cup final defeat to Tottenham Hotspur. The Israeli manager, who accused the media of disseminating 'lies' about his position ahead of yesterday's emphatic win at West Ham, saw his authority questioned after calling a team meeting on Tuesday morning.

Though Grant, who says there is 'no problem' in his relationship with the players, scheduled the training ground gathering for 11am, his squad failed to turn up at the designated time. Upon instructing a club employee to summon them for the session, he was informed that the players were holding a separate meeting of their own that would not finish for another 10 minutes. When the squad still had not assembled at that time, Grant made his way to the players, only to be told they still had matters to discuss and was asked to leave the room. The manager did so without complaint.
Imagine that shocked shocked Would that happen to JM? grin

There is worse to come:

There remains considerable discontent among the Chelsea squad about preparations for the final. Having witnessed Abramovich address Michael Essien about errors in his play after a Champions League group game this season, some players believe the owner influences team selection and strategy through his deputy Eugene Tenenbaum.
The above is "old news",Roman picking the team.

Whoever did choose Sunday's team and tactics, the players were unhappy that they did not know who they would be playing alongside nor which formation they would be using until the day of the game. Ashley Cole learned of his omission in the pages of a national newspaper, Michael Ballack believed he was to start only to be supplanted by Shaun Wright-Phillips, while Alex was asked if he would stand down for John Terry on the Saturday. 'It was frustrating,' Alex told Brazilian television last week. 'The boss called me over to talk on Saturday. He told me that I'd been playing well, but it's the English cup and that Terry is the captain, he has to play. He asked me if there was any problem and I said, "No, no problem at all. I'm here to do my job."'
This is the new FC Hollywood! grin grin

Adding to the tension was Terry's nervousness over being passed over for the in-form Alex. During Saturday's final training session the captain's unease spilled over into a fight with Henk ten Cate, ostensibly over the assistant coach's whistle-happy interruptions of a practice match to chide midfielder John Obi Mikel. Terry was not reassured of his place until 11pm on Saturday night.

Grant's job is not in immediate jeopardy. Abramovich has too much invested in the appointment of an under-qualified coach to one of European football's top positions to dispense with him after one Wembley defeat. Sources close to the owner insist he has not moved to change the manager nor sanctioned any approach to the Barcelona coach Frank Rijkaard.
