They are not working because of low patronage, most ships berth in Lagos ports .They should be talking to the NPA to divert more ships there and reduce the freight cost to encourage people to use them not building new ones that will still go through the same issue as the ones before.

Is just like building a 4 flat building in the middle of a slum with nobody to afford the rent and the landlord is still trying to build more flats even when the ones he built have not been occupied.

All SS states have plans to build a deep Seaport how visible is that?
Edo wants to build Gelegele deep Seaport, Cross-River wants to build a new deep seaport ,Ibaka deep Seaport in Akwa-ibom, Now Agge deep Seaport in Bayelsa with the existing ones in Calabar,Warri,PH and Onne ports.

Some will definitely experience low patronage because ships can only berth/land in a few ports around the same axis.

all of the above mention sea port are not really working so the need to build workable ones are there , it will also encourage competition in the region which is good for business

And that's a bad thing? I disagree with you. She's just being blunt and telling the guy that she cannot reduce her standard of living and live in the suburbs. A man must be a man and must able to take care of his wife and kids. She is not aware of this man's plans at all and that is probably why she declined his proposal. My advice is the guy should tell the lady his plans. If she rejects him again then I guess she's not just into him.

Good effects : Masturbation has some beneficial effect on our health. Like reduce prostate cancer risks, remove stress etc etc.
Bad effects : But I am going to told you about some bad effects of masturbation. You can read or listen all over internet and via other people that masturbation is healthier. Most of people just tell you lie about it, and other do know about it. Here I am not going to tell you that masturbation is healthier or not, here I am just going to tell you about harmful effects of masturbation and all the information is based on my personal knowledge and experience. I gain this knowledge by myself and by watching other known people's life.
1. Effect on body health - Actually semen takes 4 to 8 days(depend on person to person) to produce in body and to produce small amount of good quality semen you need to eat lot of healthier food, protein and minerals etc. If you do not ejaculate your semen though sexual activities, it give strength to your body, make your muscles and bones stronger. If you continue waste you semen just for fun and enjoy several times in week then it will make your health dull.
2. Effects on bones - If you do extreme masturbation (8 to 10 times in week) and continue this habit for long time like for six month then this will make harmful effects on your bones. When person try to masturbate lot in short amount to time them he or she started to ejaculate type of white part of bone which include phosphorus, carbon and other minerals which are extracted from bones. If you masturbate lot then you feel your knees and elbow joints start to make sound on moving just like very old person.
