Goodday to my able and never failing Engineers in the house. I use a  bold 9700.Recently, I have been having problems with paying some songs. Some songs tell me Format not supported even after I just finished playing them especially songs I just received. When I snap pics with d camera,, for a while it displays and after few minutes it stops displaying, I upgraded my os 5 to 6, I thot it was d memoty card but I tried using using d phone without a memory card and wen I get a neq song it doesn't still play, My Engineers in d house, I need an advise on what d possible problem may b and d soluition to it. Thanks so much in anticipation.
