Proceed to your bank tell them you want to recall money you sent then give them the bank details as it turned out to be fraudulent

While they or her bank cannot debit her account your bank will contact hers who will then place lien of the amount on that account

You can even go further to lay a complaint at efcc since it’s whatsapp you also have evidence
