Go and read your C of O documents very well it is a 99 year leasehold which will return the Land to the original Landowners when it expires.

Even they can apply to Court to take back the land if you refuse to pay the land rent for 5 years.

Also the State Government can legally revoke the lease at anytime.

The Property on the Land is yours but the Land it sits on belongs to the indigenous Landowners.
