As for during parties and the noises, find like one or two friends and wear customised EFCC T- shirts and visit the party venue. Just move round freely and count them. Then pretend you are making a call. They will flee in droves.

I think your best bet is to google the address and contact of your local EFCC and pay them a visit. Or, visit a DISTANT police station and ask for the DPO. He/she can provide a link to efcc.
