Yeah he probably dont know much bout everyday life in these countries. Even i myself dress in short shorts n little tops in d summer. N im married. Its just casual dress in these countries. Slutty type of dressing in these places is more like wearing very very short tight dresses with over thigh high boots n ur breasts hanging out. But even these sorta clothes can still be classed as casual if u wear them right. He probably dont understand this tho as its so different in naija compared to some other countries like usa australia and europe n brazil etc. Even kids wear short shorts n belly tops in australia. These clothrs can be worn in a non sexual manner
